Karen and George’s home was the perfect Finger Lakes getaway. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was super close to some of the best wineries, and they were just a text away—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 10/10!

I have stayed at the lakehouse for many years now and have always had a great experience. Amy keeps the house up well and every year there is an upgrade/renovation to look forward to. This year we enjoyed using the pedal boat, basketball hoop, dart games, and the many games for our toddler. The yard is perfect for our husky. We also enjoyed the local activities, including Green Lake State Park. The house is also clean and well kept, and Amy communicates well for any issues that may come up. We look forward to visiting again next year!

What a beautiful location and very nice house. We didn't have any issues at all and hope we can come back in the future. The lake water was too cold for us to want to swim but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and played card games on the balcony. The weather in June is perfection, the wineries and State parks nearby were so great, and the house itself had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Kate!

My boyfriend and I wanted to extend our trip to FLX by a day and came across this gem. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile that made us feel at home. Everything in this apartment is intentionally made to match the vibrant history of Seneca Falls. The furniture, lighting, silverware and decor make you feel like you are living in history. I especially liked the old card books on the dressers in each room . Bed was comfy and the blankets kept us warm. Sven is renovating this property so there are some cool upgrade’s to the property future guests will enjoy. I feel the welcome message and the whole listing is very clear to what you can expect and what is to be offered. I needed a hair dryer and John was quick to help. Check out was a breeze! I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

Had a girls weekend, and this was the perfect place. Beautiful views and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Would love to come back.

My college roommate and I stayed in this AirBnB for our reunion, and were happy with our choice. Great location, sweet little unit, the owners anticipated the needs of their renters very well in terms of what was provided in the kitchen (whole bean coffee + grinder!) and unit. We were two adult female travelers, so used both the bed and the convertible couch - I thought the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in *any* AirBnb and I've probably stayed in over 3 dozen, so that's saying a lot! My roommate said the couch was "fine" comfort-wise. The A/C unit works great and was adequate to the task. The location is awesome - just down from a coffeeshop (Monaco's), and right near downtown so a quick walk home after a final night out with college classmates. The floors in the kitchen and on the stairwell outside the apartment were pretty squeaky, but it's an old building so that's to be expected. I appreciated the extra linens and the ironing board. I loved the paint color and decor!

Todd is an excellent host with great communications and warm heart. We enjoyed our weekend retreat in a completely peaceful setting. Lovely porch overlooking the lake was all we needed. Nice modern updates to the entire apartment. Thanks again for a super getaway.

We had a great stay in Geneva, right on the water. We stayed in the cottage property and luckily for most of our stay, there was no other guests in the main house. With that, we felt more comfortable using the shared deck and game room. The cottage was perfect for our stay, very local to downtown Geneva easy to get to other wineries, breweries, hikes along Seneca Lake. Although it rained most of our trip, so we didn't get to use the kayaks, but we were able to enjoy a night outside with the firepit by the water (make sure to bring your own wood / lighter to get this started!) The game room was also super fun and a nice feature! Overall, we had a great stay and no complaints! Would recommend for a couple looking for a nice stay on the water.

Great place for a girl’s getaway. My 2 friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. We never left the property! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We plan to come back next year!!

Highly recommend. The house was clean, exactly as described, comfortable for family of 5. Amazing lake view from house and only few steps to lake. Perfect place for sunset view over the lake.

We stayed at this cozy home over a long weekend catching up with some friends. The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed assistance throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the home was tidy. Great view of the water and not too far from local wineries and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

This lakefront cottage was in a beautiful location and directly on the water, so you could go to sleep and wake up to the peaceful sounds of the lake. Every bit of space was used efficiently, resulting in the place feeling roomier than you may think at first glance. It was even pet-friendly with our dog finding a nice spot right by the door where he could watch all the happenings on the lake no matter what the weather! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Excellent stay! Really nice having water access and a yard for our dog to run around in! Place was well kept and the paddle boards and grill were in great shape.

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved having our own private space to enjoy looking out at the lake on both the deck of the house and down by the water itself. So, wonderfully relaxing. We decided to make dinner ourselves one night to better enjoy our time at the house and it’s beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed including a grill in the yard. The home owner was very accessible and helpful when we had a few minor questions. The property itself was situated close enough to the town of Geneva for restaurants and the grocery store but also close to some unique wineries and breweries right nearby. (Side note: War Horse Brewery - Well worth checking out!) I would highly recommend staying at this property. We had a fantastic time. You won’t be disappointed!
