Our experience in this house was wonderful, the view it offers is spectacular. The house is well equipped, clean and organized. But what really made the difference was the attention of Susana, who was extremely kind, attentive and willing to help us at all times. Your warmth and hospitality made our stay very special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a retreat with breathtaking views and exceptional treatment.

The place is amazing, perfect for spending time with family or friends, it is very quiet and cozy. Nicholas was a great host, from the first moment he was attentive to us and until the last moment he was very flexible with our schedules. I highly recommend this place.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

A beautiful property. It had everything we needed and more. The lady at the property was extremely helpful and the host was responsive. I would recommend this place!

Jhonny's place is a beautiful three bedroom apartment on the second floor. You enter the apartment, and the entrance hall is set with beautiful Travertine stone tile. The kitchen, dining room are tastefully decorated. Each bedroom has its own charm, and the main bedroom has an onsuite bathroom. There is also an additional bath for guest. The location is central to everything. The bus station is around the corner and the colonial architecture is a 12 minutes walk. Jhonny's place is convenient to restaurants and affordable supermarkets. Jhonny was very hospital towards me as he showed me around his community. What a treat. His siter too was most helpful. Jhonny's place was well worth the price. You get a large apartment convenient to everything, including visits to nearby volcanoes, lakes, valley's. Jhonny's place is a perfect choice!

The place is beautiful with space for walking and for pets. Even though it is not totally private as there are several camper vans all were very respectful. The ink house is very nice, clean and spacious.

A very nice place on the way to the Mojanda lagoons. It had a spectacular view and the cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our fireplace for the cold it was at night.

The good thing is that it is a very comfortable place, with a good location, well equipped, clean and safe. In addition, Jairo is super attentive to help with whatever is needed. The bad thing is that I couldn't stay longer, I would have liked to take advantage of all the amenities of the place. Next time I'll go for more days. The bad thing was that in the early morning there was a lot of noise in the street, but I think it's part of being in a very central place. In short, it is a highly recommended place to stay in Otavalo.

The apartment is super clean, spacious and just like the photos, Maria Belén is an excellent host, always concerned about our well-being. It was a very comfortable and recommended stay. It's not that close to downtown, but you can easily get there in 5 minutes by car or taxi.
