Cottage Kikimba- Private house in beautiful garden

This small antique cabin, has an old wood oven and in the garden a very beautiful old stone cross, old trees such as guava and a coconut that do not bear fruit due to the climate. The cabin is rustic, has a small fireplace(if you'd like some firewood let me know its a small fee extra) and through the windows you can see gorgeous plants, it is comfortable and the only thing that is shared is the garage.

A very nice place, in a private complex of a few houses, with a park with games for children, a little secluded but not much, I thought it was further away but no, it's even close to the linear park in Ibarra Ruth is super friendly and very helpful, I'm sure I'll stay again when I go back to Ibarra.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

A very nice and welcoming apartment, perfect for spending time as a family. Impeccable in cleanliness, we had a very nice time and we hope to return. Cristina and her sister are very attentive to address any concerns or inconveniences during the stay. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing cottage. It is beautifully appointed and surrounded by lovely flowers. Rut, our host, was so kind, and helpful. Our first afternoon, we arrived after nearly three days of travel. Exausted and without anything to eat, she offered to get us Chinese take-out. She provided a book with every detail needed to fully enjoy our stay. She took my wife on an extensive tour of downtown so we could get our bearings. Big plus, there's filtered water from the tap, no messing with bottled water. One of the best things, every day there was a cloud of butterflies in her backyard. It was a blizzard of white. Rut showed us where they laid thier eggs and developed the chrysalis. It’s a butterfly garden. We stayed six weeks and loved every minute. Rut is a super host for good reason.
