Vacation rentals with a patio in Ota City

This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

Great stay in Tokyo! The apartment is a little bit small by European standards, but cozy and well-equipped. The location is perfect — super well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was always responsive and helped me out a few times during my stay. Highly recommend for a convenient Tokyo experience! 🥰

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Overall an awesome place to stay! Surrounding were housing estate, quiet and peaceful. If you have an elderly travelling with you, do note of the narrow staircase and one bedroom is upstairs. Will stay again if visiting with big groups! ☺️

Great location, quick walk to the local transport links and convenience stores nearby. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tokyo. Comfy bed and great water pressure on the shower.

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

11/10 recommend! here’s a few things: - VERY clean - has all things useful (iron, vacuum, even lint roller and adapters! and utensils!). - close to 2 stations (nishishinjuku gochome and tochome. shinjuku station is walkable but far for us) - try the Lourve bar nearby 😍 so good! we tried our first yoichi whisky there. also spend morning at the central park! - balcony is lovely we have bfast there. - TV was great too but prepare ur own netflix account or google. It’s not cable. The only negative comment i’ve read before about this is the wifi because it was mobile. Our experience was actually good it’s now a broadband and very fast connection for us. So i guess no negative! The space is compact and good for 2 people. we were able to maximize the space. my fave was the study area for those who work to catch up on. :) Lee was perfect and always responsive. Great experience!

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Wanyi tout était conforme à la description, quartier calme proche de différentes stations de métro, parfait pour découvrir les différents quartiers de Tokyo.

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was convenient, with an easy commute to various spots by train. Overall, a great stay would definitely book again!

Has a good walkable area with plenty of restaurants right outside. Very close to the train station, just on the other side of the market. Wifi only worked on top floor and didn't have great connection on first floor, could use a range extender. Elevator is small and can only carry 1 big person or 2 smaller people at a time, had to take turn ls going up and down.

The property was excellent for our needs. We were at a conference near Chiba for some of the stay, amd visiting Tokyo sights the rest. This property was between the two and was super spacious for our 5 person stay. Everything was very good, clean and tidy, with many spare items such as bin bags, toilet rolls and toiletries. it was 2 minutes walk to excellent convenience stores and other shopping. Communication with the host was so easy and helpful. She answered messages within minutes, and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. All the beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets were important for our group size. The washing machine and drying racks meant we did not need to use the nearby laundromat. All really good, would recommend.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Cet appartement est juste parfait. Il est super bien équipé, fonctionnel, lumineux et très spacieux ! Il est à quelques mètres de la Skytree et plusieurs stations. Je recommande ☺️ ! J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

Wow. What an amazing stay. Perfect location, snacks in the fridge, responsive host, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
