Elle se situe sur 3 niveaux: - 1er niveau: une cuisine fonctionnelle avec salle a manger pour 6 personnes, 2 chambres alcôve avec lit double, un salon avec 2 canapé et 1 salle de bain. 2eme niveau: une chambre avec lit double. 3eme niveau: une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, coin bar, salon d'été.
