Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate. It has its own parking space and you can see your car from the window. It's a pleasant place for a vacation or a rest on a long trip. Beds with 2.20 m long slats are together or separately - according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress. Modern kitchen, coffee machine, teas, spices and everything you need to cook. Spacious shower. Air conditioning. We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

The apartment is modern with all the amenities you would expect along with a balcony overlooking the garden with views of the forest and hills in the distance The apartment has internet via WIFI. There is also a smart TV where ONEPLAY is fully active but you can login to your Netflix or HBO account also.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
