Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bed- 3-bath apartment in the historic center of Rome! The location is unbeatable, steps from iconic sites (Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Venezia to name a few) great restaurants and vibrant piazzas. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with modern amenities. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms (a rarity in Rome) made our group's stay so convenient. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Perfect for exploring Rome's history and culture. 5 stars, would book again!

La casa è davvero molto carina e fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in comodità, vicinissima al mare e alla metro. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza pazzesca, ed è stata sempre disponibile e ho potuto contattarla per qualunque esigenza. Ho soggiornato con le mie atlete per i Campionati di Nuoto Artistico e ci siamo trovate tutte benissimo.

Thank you so much Stefania and Raffaella for making our stay in Rome so unforgettable! The apartment was impeccably clean and everything was efficient and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything you’d need and the terrace is such a unique special feature- the perfect place to share special dinners and chats after a busy day exploring the city!

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

L'appartement d'Andrea est spacieux, fonctonnel et agréable. La terrasse est sympa. Andrea est soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommandons sans réserve. Nous avons garé notre voiture en bas de la résidence, c'était pratique.

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

We loved staying at Serena’s place! It was our first time in Rome, so we didn’t really know what to expect, but we found all the positive reviews about this property to be entirely accurate. The location in the Monti neighborhood was perfect! There was so much to do that was just steps away from our little home for the week. Serena was always responsive and would consistently send us recommendations. She was an incredible host and you won’t regret your stay here!

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

This is a lovely place. Despite being in a cultural hub beside the Pantheon, the bedroom in the apartment is totally silent. Comfy bed too! Everything in the apartment was well-maintained (good kitchen, good bathroom) and Lucia is a great host!

It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Fabrizio’s place was great, easy check in and check out. We had to check out early but Fabrizio was accommodating.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Всё прошло отлично! Жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственное жилье находится на первом этаже (он же последний этаж в этом здании),дверь и окно это входная группа у квартиры, на кухне есть диванчик и там будет очень светло утром и может быть шумно от проходящих мимо людей, имейте это ввиду. Не хватает тапочек, очень холодные полы, также неплохо, чтобы были подушки на выбор, текущие были очень высокие и ребенку или человеку с больной шеей такие могут не подойти. В целом все отлично, очень отзывчивые хозяева, неплохой район.

Erg fijne plek, wel misten we een fijne ontbijt plek in omgeving, ook weinig restaurantjes in de omgeving van het appartement. Er is een supermarkt bij het metro station. De metro lijn A bracht ons snel en voordelig naar het centrum van Rome.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
