Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Ostia

We loved our stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Coffee and wine on the balcony was a real treat. I miss the sounds of the birds in the morning. There was a small grocery store just around the corner which was so convenient. The building was perfectly located. We hope to return one day.

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

Monica’s place is a gem in the middle of Rome. It is so central and we walked everywhere. The apartment is quite stylish and unique with a delicate interior in an antique setting. It was also very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The service and attentiveness Monica provided was also above anything I have experienced. From our first contact with Monica, she responded quickly with lots of valuable advice and information and always in a positive and friendly way. Even though we never met in person, we feel like we are close friends. Monica was very generous with information about what to do. She even sent us a hand drawn map and detailed instructions for appliances in the apartment and restaurants and lots of other useful information about Rome. We highly recommend this location if you plan on spending several days in Rome. Monica will take good care of you!

Just came back from a relaxing stay at this Air BnB. The place is close to all major attractions, whether you decide to take the Metro or walk like we did. It also has everything you need and has two.spacious rooms which is an added bonus. Ranieri is a great host and was very helpful and clear in responding to any queries. Highly recommended. Prash

We had a beautiful stay at Nicolanna’s flat. It was beautiful, spacious, and quiet in a neighborhood just outside the city centre and adjacent to Villa Borghese. Nicolanna was proactive for this whole trip. She helped us arrange transportation for our stay both to and from Civitavecchia. She also met us at check in to give us instructions as well as let us store our luggage before check in. Ali knows the neighborhood so made amazing restaurant recommendations. Would book again. Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Sabiny dom jest zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Blisko jest komunikacja zbiorowa [metro, autobus, tramwaj]. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów, restauracji, barów. Mimo tego jest spokojnie. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet w pakiet artykułów higienicznych których być może zapomniałeś zabrać ze sobą. Dom Sabiny jest bardzo przestronny, jednocześnie przytulny, idealny dla rodziny. Posiada wewnętrzny taras na którym codziennie jedliśmy śniadanie. Zdjęcia przedstawiają rzeczywisty stan domu. Każdy znajdzie kąt dla siebie, ale także wspólną przestrzeń do spotkań. Sabina przywitała nas osobiście i oprowadziła po całym domu, wszystko wyjaśniła, dała wskazówki. Jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna. Zrobiła nawet pierwsze zakupy. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Bardzo dobra baza do zwiedzania Rzymu jak i również okolic.

La piccola casetta di Claudia ha tutto il necessario con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Il posto è ideale per passeggiate e riposo in mezzo alla natura. Claudia è stata fantastica, molto disponibile e gentilissima. lo consiglio vivamente!

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Stefano is a great host. The house was very clean, and he welcomed us warmly. The location of the house is nice, close to the market and the metro. Having a balcony was a nice touch. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome.

We had a wonderful time here! Alberto is such a caring and attentive host and the appartment provides all kind of utilities and facilities. It’s 20 mins away in public transport from the center of Rome but it’s really well connected, with a bus stop 5 mins away and a metro station 10 mins walking from the appartment. I really can’t recommend it more!

I had a nice few days with my friends at this place. It was in good spot, not far from beach and had really good restaurants near.

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento di Enrico. Posizione strategica. Arredamento con dettagli, anche di design, che fanno la differenza. Piccolo terrazzino. Condominio sicuro e signorile. Anche per periodi lunghi. Inoltre Enrico è una persona sempre a disposizione e molto gentile.

Michela was a great and friendly host, responding very quickly with any queries. The place is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of all the action but actually a nice quiet street. Would recommend anyone stay here if visiting Rome.

The place is beautiful! The location is perfect. Most importantly, the hosts are the best. They gave us the best recommendations and were always responsive to any questions. They gave us welcome bottle of wine which was really sweet. I unfortunately forgot an item that they messaged me about and are going out of their way to courier to me to my next destination. Highly recommend them! Will definitely be back!
