What a gem of a place! We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay in this spotlessly clean property set within a traditional Venetian property with high ceilings, the flat is immaculately presented with great natural light, bright interiors, and a modern and stylish kitchen and bathroom.The flat is on the first floor of house situated on a genteel public square, the flat is at the back of the building, all the rooms of the flat overlook a canal - quintessential Venice. In the immediate area around the flat you’ll find restaurants, cafes and bars It’s a charming twisty turning 15 min walk to St Marks Square and all the tourist big hitters. We walked around all of the 6 districts in Venice from the flat. Our favourite thing was to stand with local residents in the excellent patisserie eating pastries and drinking coffee. Gina and Michele were really helpful and responsive hosts. We were met by their friend who showed us into the flat. We loved our stay and will be back.

San Doná di Piave is a quiet and peaceful town surrounded by beautiful greenery. You wake up to the chirping of birds and fall asleep in absolute silence. Excellent location for reaching other cities: Venice, Treviso, Caorle, etc. Marco is very kind and patient.

We had such a nice time here! The apartment is beautiful and modern, the view is amazing and there is a great shared garden. We also had the pleasure of personally meeting Mirco, who is very kind. We really like Gianfranco's house, who lives there, but he makes guests feel very comfortable. It's good to know that it's in Punta Sabioni and you can leave the car in front of the house. From there, it is a 7-minute walk to catch the boat to Venice, and the crossing takes about 35 minutes. The great advantage is that you don't have to carry a suitcase around Venice, and it's also more economical. The disadvantage is that you have to pay for a round trip boat and it costs 9.50 euros each way. It was very good for us!!

The apartment is beautiful .. the design elements have a natural feel and sensitively decorated .... there is a stunning lounge in a shared area to use and an outdoor patio ... any requests or queries were answered quickly ... vaporetto stop is a few minutes walk so it made Venice easy and fun to explore
