Perfect location, cosy and stylish and with one of the largest bathrooms i town

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. 35 sqm bright and cosy studio flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps two to 3 persons. (2 beds that sleeps 3) + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. The houseboat has in each end of the ship to seperate appartments with seperate entrances from outside, seperate kichens, seperat baths and seperate deck. very charming

Charming apartment from 1735 in Cph

This historical place from 1735 will bring you back in time. Right in the center, next to Nørreport St. and in the very heart of Cph. It is 41 sqm. Very cosy, but small. Watch your head when you go through the doors. Since it is small we don't have a closet, but shelfs and hangers for your clothes. Please be aware that the shower cabin is narrow 55x80x191 cm. The bedroom has a 120x200 cm bed and the livingroom has two sleeping couches. Ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults+2 children. Not for parties.

Best location, in the middle of Kbh K

Apartment on the 4th floor in the cosiest street with nice shops and trendy cafes - just a few steps from Kgs. Nytorv and Nyhavn. The apartment is therefore close to everything; The Royal Theatre, "Strøget" with lots of shopping opportunities, the Opera, the Acting House, Charlottenborg, Langelinje etc. The apartment is 65 m2 and has a nice light. There is a bedroom with two new single beds as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is also an elevator in the property.
