Vacation rentals with a kayak in Österåker Municipality

Das Haus von Pierre ist wahrhaft ein “Juwel in den Stockholmer Schären“. Das Haus ist groß, sehr schön geschnitten und hat das „gewisse Etwas“. Highlight ist die sehr schön gemachte Sauna mit Blick aufs Wasser. Sie kann auch nachts schön beleuchtet werden. Paddelboot und Stand Up Paddel runden das ganze ab. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch ein weiteres Haus, dass auch vermietet wird. Mal sehr nette Leute und wir haben uns gut verstanden. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pierre war sehr angenehm und wir haben wertvolle Tipps bekommen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Man kann sehr gut entspannen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Es gibt auch eine große Wiese zum Fußball spielen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Unsere Lebensmittellieferung an den Steg hat gut funktioniert. Die Insel ist im Sommer gut über die Waxholmboote erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit in Madeleines schönem Häuschen! Ihr Mann Michael hat uns mit dem Boot abgeholt und ist dann noch Lebensmittel mit uns kaufen gefahren, inklusive Spezialitätenempfehlungen; einen besseren Start in die Weihnachtsferien konnten wir gar nicht haben. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, ebenso die Ausstattung. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an Michael oder Madeleine wenden. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist traumhaft und die Fährfahrt nach Stockholm ein Highlight für die ganze Familie. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus auf einer Insel, die groß genug ist, um dort auch Spaziergänge machen zu können. Matilda und Amanda haben uns ein kleines Motorboot zur Verfügung gestellt, mit dem wir jederzeit in Richtung Festland oder anderer Inseln unterwegs sein konnten. Außerdem hat man zwei kleine Optimisten und ein Kajak sowie ein Ruderboot zur Verfügung. Durch den Kaminofen ist das Haus auch an schlechten Tagen sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt zu Matilda und Amanda war sehr freundlich und herzlich, Sie haben auf Nachfragen immer schnell reagiert, auch an dieser Stelle noch mal herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Ausflüge haben wir Richtung Stockholm und Upsalla gemacht, die jeweils ca. 1h entfernt sind. Eine schöne Reise!

Ubytování odpovídá popisu, je to krásný velký prostor, vybavený, venkovní sezení. V domě bylo teplo. Na autobus kousek, krásné okolí k procházkám. Měli jsme vše, co bylo potřeba, určitě doporučuji.

It was amazing stay at Jörn’s place. Very cozy and comfortable house, all needed staff available for use. Perfect place if you looking for escape from big city lights/noise. Thank you!

Ett mycket fint boende med bra sällskapsytor och en fantastisk trevlig värdfamilj.

Tolles Anwesen auf der einsamen Insel Viggsö mit Haupthaus, Bootshaus und Scheune. Ruderboot, Kanu und Kajaks sind vorhanden! Sehr charmant eingerichtet mit schönen alten Möbeln. Top Ausstattung in Haus und Küche, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Drinnen und draußen gemütliche Sitzplätze mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni drei Mal am Tag Fährverbindung nach Stockholm bzw. in den Schärengarten. Perfekte Kommunikation von Anfang an! Annika hat netterweise unsere Getränke- und Lebensmittellieferung (über Mathem) schon vor Anreise in Empfang genommen. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich persönlich begrüßt! Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder einziehen!! Vielen Dank :)

We had a fantastic four-night stay at this beautiful cottage in Vaxholm! From the seamless check-in to the breathtaking sunsets, everything about this location is designed for relaxation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to address any issues quickly, making us feel well taken care of. The views are even more impressive than in the photos, and the private dock adds a special touch to the serene atmosphere. Although we encountered a few maintenance issues, such as the dishwasher breaking down, the hosts were proactive in making repairs. A wonderful getaway in the heart of the Stockholm archipelago!

Wir haben uns in diesem schwedischen Paradies (nun schon zum zweiten Mal!) sehr wohl gefühlt. Der in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbare Zugang zum Meer ist wunderschön. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Beste Voraussetzung für erholsame Tage!

Peter and Marin’s sea cottage has a beautiful location, with an ever-interesting view of the sea channel into Stockholm. Lovely forest walks nearby. A very memorable stay.

Bjorn and Lilian’s place is wonderful. The house is large and really comfortable, and the setting is incredible. We spent a week here with one trip to replenish groceries, and we had a great time. Bjorn and Lillian are also really lovely people. They looked after us really well, and we are delighted to have met them. We would highly recommend staying at their summer house.

Это простое, скромное жилье. Всё, как в описании. Хороший тв, есть гриль, маленькая сауна и лодка, каноэ Есть приправы, макароны на кухне. Горячая вода на улице. Мы не разобрались с wifi, раздавали свой, но это не проблема. Неожиданностью стало то, что дом через дорогу также может использовать территорию и лодки/каноэ. И это место уже не кажется уединенным. Мы не ждали много от жилья, так как видели фото и предупреждение хозяина. Но когда приехали обнаружили целую раковину немытой посуды и везде пыль и грязь, поэтому пришлось сначала убраться. Особенно кухня на улице и в доме. Это не самое приятное. Вероятно, это вина предыдущих гостей, которые так оставили дом. Ведь любой вещи нужен уход и забота. И конечно, этому милому дома не хватает немного внимания. Но тем не менее, это место хорошее, рядом озеро, можно загорать и тд

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely loved the location and the space. The lawn is great for a game of Kubb. Could have been left in better condition by previous guests (rubbish not taken out, etc) but excellent value for money.

Great communication with Bijan and Hajer. They were not physically here to welcome us but left precise indications on how everything works. As we arrived in minus temperatures outside, the houses were quite cold and needed a few hours to warm up. The little chimney helped a lot and put us in a very cozy mood. Bijan even prepared the logs so we would just had to light them on for the first time. The bus stop is really close to the property (only a few minutes away - it is ideal to go to Stockholm as there are a few direct buses and many indirect ones). The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. We had a great time for Christmas and New Year there, we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the terrace up in the backyard with very nice views. I highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. Urban and his wife were so welcoming and helpful. Can absolutely recommend this absolute gem in the Swedish archipelago!

Vi hade en jättemysig vistelse i denna mysiga stuga på Ljusterö! Cecilia var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade snabbt. Rekommenderas!

Beautiful view of the ocean and forest from the cottage. The cottage was perfectly situation on a hill top which meant it felt private and has fantastic sun all day. The cottage was well equipped with everything one would need to cook a nice dinner. We were pleased that there were mesh screens for the bedroom which was appreciated when sleeping. One of our favorite things about this cottage is the proximity to a swimming area which is so lovely in the morning and afternoon!

We had a great stay at the lovely well equipped cottage of Per and Benita. They even have a tosti toaster. We walked and cycled around the island and had a great dinner at Jeppes as recommended by Per. We loved this back to nature experience with outdoor (Hot!) shower and toilet. We experienced that the coordinates of the house on airb&b are not correct. Still the cottage is easy to find since it lays along the (very quiet) road and looks exactly like the pictures. When you leave the island check in advance the ferry timetable to see if you have to book the ferry in advance.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans le logement de Christina, logement fidèle à la description, un petit paradis perdu en pleine nature. Nous étions à pied, mais, aimant marcher (20 minutes depuis l arret de bus) cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et du canoë qui nous ont permis de découvrir Vaxholm et les îles environnantes, différemment et de façon autonome ! Christina a été une hôte formidable. C était un plaisir !

Superbe emplacement au calme avec paddle et canoë pour explorer les environs. Très bien équipé: four à pizza, barbecue, bain chauffé au bois… Sur l’île nous avons pu cueillir des myrtilles et faire un clafoutis! Nous avons passé 5 jours au top!

Vi hade 5 fantastiska dagar på detta magiska ställe! Boendet ligger lugnt och fridfullt precis vid vattnet. För oss med små barn var det helt perfekt eftersom allt fanns på tomten: massor av roliga saker för barnen, egen strand och brygga, bastu och kanoter. Vi plockade blåbär och smultron i skogen intill och gjorde en utflykt till Blidö krog och bistro men i övrigt var vi fullt nöjda med att hänga på denna fina plats. Huset är verkligen fullt utrustat med det mesta och smakfullt och snyggt renoverat i toppskick med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet. Vi var 6 vuxna och 3 små barn och det kändes ändå rymligt. Per-Oscar och Gisela var enkla att kommunicera med och Giselas mamma mötte upp oss vid ankomst och visade oss runt. De var generösa med att låna ut både barnstolar och leksaker och lät oss utnyttja kryddträdgård och plocka jordgubbar. Stället överträffade helt klart alla våra förväntningar!

Wir waren zu viert im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Helen ist sehr freundlich, war immer erreichbar und hat uns gut unterstützt. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Man kann sowohl im nahe gelegenen tollen See als auch in der Ostsee schwimmen. Auch Kanu fahren ist möglich. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs und sind mit dem Bus und den geliehenen Fahrrädern gut zurecht gekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen!
