Bonjour Venez passer vos vacances dans une magnifique villa colonial au bord de la mer. L’appartements se situe au premier étage de cette villa. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un magnifique jardin commun ombragé de 70 m² avec un barbecue. La villa se trouve à 150 m de la plage et 150 m de la place du village où il y a de nombreux restaurants et bars. La villa est au calme dans une rue avec peu de passage. Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Mon logement est proche de la vue exceptionnelle de l'étang de Salses, la plage se trouve à 500 m environ. Pour les amateurs de voile, seulement quelques dizaines de mètres à parcourir. . Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes. La piscine , le jacuzzi sont indisponibles, un arrêté préfectoral ne permet pas son utilisation. Les Pyrénées orientales sont en alerte sécheresse renforcée

Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Fantástica casa domótica con piscina comunitaria en una zona muy tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Ubicación ideal en un pueblo costero a medio camino entre Barcelona y Tarragona. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.
