I loved my stay. Gorgeous surroundings, really peaceful and there was everything I needed. The hosts were kind and friendly and checked if I needed anything. I will definitely book again if I am in the area.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Villa! The villa provided a peaceful and calming escape away from the usual hustle and bustle, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Right from the start, the experience was seamless thanks to the caretaker and host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They ensured our check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a great first impression. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out was that they made sure the villa was nicely chilled before we arrived — walking into a cool, refreshing space after traveling in the heat was such a welcome touch. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Every corner of the space gave off a serene and cozy vibe, making it easy for us to unwind and truly enjoy our time there. The attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the property made us feel right at home. Definitely looking forward to stay here again on our next visit!

All I can say is WOW! This is hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in Goa. It is brand new, crazy luxurious and has a great host. From the time we arrived, we were amazed at the large garden and private swimming pool. The gazebo is just too cute to hang out with your friends. The rooms all have extra large beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made some great breakfast together as a group. I am just waiting to come back and stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! I stayed here for about 15–20 days and had such a wonderful experience. The house itself is really pretty — thoughtfully done up with great aesthetics and a peaceful vibe. One of my favorite parts was the patio area — perfect for morning coffee, work, or just unwinding in the evenings. What truly stood out, though, was the host. So jolly, warm, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had even the tiniest inconvenience, someone was sent immediately to sort it out — it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. Nothing to complain about — only good things to say. Would definitely love to come back!

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

Barath was extremely kind and even picked me up from the airport. He helped me get a scooter once I arrived. Apartment is clean and basic, great host, definitely recommend.
