This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train running. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large lawn terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room.No charcoal available) The neighborhood is a windsurfing shop, so you can rent a sup, have a windsurfing school, or try a marine sport!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!

There is no elevator in this house. You need to climb stairs. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out on the ground floor. 5-minute walk from Exit 6 and 7 of Nihonbashi Station, the nearest station Linear distance: Nipponbashi Station Exit 7 (300m), Namba Station (900m), Shinsaibashi (800m), Kuromon Market (350m), Dotonbori (300m), and Amerika-mura are also within walking distance. We can speak Japanese, Chinese, and English. High-speed WIFI, washing machine, microwave, TV with Japanese TV programs, YOUTUBE, kitchenette, small refrigerator, heated toilet seat and other facilities. Luggage storage with password lock on the 1st floor. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, with no time limit. Full self check-in with passcode. This flat is in the middle of Dotonbori and along the Dotonbori River. The view of the river and the cityscape is so nice . The room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 9 people. This flat is a 5-minute walk from Nihonbashi stations.
