- excellent communication. Francesca was very responsive and provided clear written and image directions for check in. - location is 10-18 min walk to Dotonburi/Shinshabashi shopping. - 17 min walk to subway. - we ended getting taxi half the time. - if Osaka has a Chinatown, I felt I was in it. - yummy local ramen shop 6 min walk away. - space sleeps 6, but with luggage, it can get tight (we only had one large and 2 carry ons and back packs). - beds and shower were comfortable. Cute bedding. - has laundry/dryer machine in one and shower room doubles as a warmer to dry the clothes further. - did not use the kitchen to make any attestation other than hot water maker and microwave works. - luggage storage was an option. - great value.

Great location near Dotonburi and a short distance to the main shopping district as well as subway station giving access to Shin Sekai and other great locations. The accommodation was spotless and pristine. Very comfortable. Easy check in. Highly recommend!!

Large space compared to other places we stayed in Japan. Very central location which is nice for exploring the city, but it also means it can be quite loud and noisy at night. Overall nice if you don’t mind it being busy.

We are three Adults The size of the home, it was more comfortable than most of the others, and it was a short walk from the station, and the price per night was also very affordable. Although there are fewer shops nearby, there are many options at one stop from Shin-Imamiya, and Don Quijote in Shin-Imami Palace is also within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes on foot), it was really save us ~ Because of the scheduling, temporarily wanted to check in early, and thank the host for being so accommodating in such a last minute situation, or being kind enough to help us get into a break earlier than the regular check-in time. The kitchen utensils were also complete, which was nice to find ingredients in the supermarket to come back for their own food, and had a pleasant dinner time with loved ones in the living room!

Yukari’s place was a very clean and in a perfect spot to have a simple home base while in Kyoto. It was close to a good number of bus lines and with convenience stores and good restaurants very close by it was a fantastic place to stay. If I come back to Kyoto I will be looking to stay here again for sure.

Has everything you need and is in close proximity to the major attractions. It’s about a 5 min walk to Kuroman and 10 min walk to dotonburi. Only downside about this place really is it’s about a 20 min walk from Namba station but that didn’t end up being much of an issue. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price, I highly recommend!

Great view since it's the highest floor and quiet neighbourhood. Lot's of places to eat. Convenience store is less than 5-mins walk from the house. Supermarket about 10-15 mins walk and is near the train station as well. Minor issue: •No TV to watch before bed or when eating. Can mount on the wall. •No vacuum to clean the floor. •Kitchen counter is abit small. Limited place to dry the dishes. •Lack of place to hang your clothes to dry if it's raining. •Bed could be more thicker cause it's a bit thin. •If the sliding door of the bedroom is fully closed, there's no airflow coming from the living room. The small ventilation doesn't help much. A portable fan would be nice. Main issue: •Shower room have a very bad urine smell. Thought it was not clean but the owner said it was due to drainage system and couldn't fix it. I have to use the provided pipe cleaning tablets before I go outside and before I sleep. Other than that, such a great place to stay!

This place is ideally situated within walking distance to Dotonbori and public transport (Namba Station) as well as Osaka Tower and Osaka Zoo to the south. The parking space was especially ideal as we were traveling by car to Suzuka for the F1 while we were there. The apartment was at the back of the building which meant it was nice and quiet. It's a good base to explore the centre of Osaka!

I spent 4 nights at clement’s place during new year period. The location is great! Just few minutes to Tsutenkaku and Nippombash area (toy street). And about 15 minutes walk to Namba area. The apartment is clean and spacious as listing. My husband and I spent the very nice stay at Clement’s place and will definitely stay again when visit Ōsaka !

I had a good rest. ^^ You were so kind, the accommodation was really tidy, and the transportation was great. There was also a Duck Store right in front of the Tencar Station, so it was very convenient to buy souvenirs, and there were many hidden restaurants. I want to visit again next time.

Perfect spot for Kyoto exploration! Yukari was very friendly, and it was amazing to be able to rent bikes.

Lovely place to stay close to dontonbori main street. but cosy for 4 kids and 4 adults but did the job in having a clean and safe place to rest. x2 toilets and x2 showers were a massive plus as we had 2 families. host was super nice in providing us with some fruit and cake for us daily. a sweet gesture and very thoughtful. thank you very much for your kindness. definitely recommend.

The beautiful and comfortable Homestay and heat dry clothes bathroom that I like a lot but if you are using JR , the nearest is JR train station is Enmachi then use JR bus. it’s quite far from the JR bus stop. Better use city bus.

Good location, opposite Don Jicode, close to Tsutenkaku, the room is not large, but it is very refined.Two rooms can sleep 4 people, but the aisle is somewhat small, and it is difficult to unfold if there are more than 2 large boxes. The room is by the road, sleeping at night may be noisy, everything else is good.

Benedict was very responsive to our message. Since this was our first time to Kyoto, we missed the train and took the wrong bus, causing us unable to reach the airbnb for check in on time. Benedict was so patient and was even worried about us and asked whether we are OK and reminded us to be cautious coming back. It was easy to locate the airbnb as it was registered and can be found easily on maps. The house was clean, with all the complete amenities such as washer, dryer, microwave and so on. Rooms are spacious and we were comfortable staying there. As for the location, the nearest bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance. It will take some transit time to travel from the bus station to transfer to the train station. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Other than that, everything is good. Benedict has even provided a huge map on the wall, full of recommendations and places to go for our references. Thank you again for hosting us.
