In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

Right next to the Gmeinerhof with cows, ponies, chickens, a cat and a dog is the beautiful 84 m² apartment with 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and a large terrace. There are 2 more vacation apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per day per guest aged 16 and over. This must be paid in cash.

Our “Talblick Vacation Rental,” renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with stunning views of Oberharmersbach and Brandenkopf. Secluded yet close to the center, you can enjoy your vacation here. Hikes and bike tours can be started right outside the front door. A Penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

We are happy to welcome you to our cozy apartment with space for 4 people. Spend a relaxing vacation with your family or friends. Situated directly on the edge of the forest (the main road is 3 km away), far away from everyday life and noise, you can relax with a magnificent view of the meadows and forests. In our detached vacation home, there are two separate apartments that we rent. This offer is for the apartment on the first floor.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and special accommodation. In Neuried you can ride a bike well. The Rhine is only a few minutes away. For shopping there are 2 bakeries, a butcher and a supermarket. Europapark Rust can be reached in 25 minutes by car, as well as Strasbourg and the Black Forest. There is a football golf course 2 km away. There is also a swimming lake, several playgrounds and various restaurants.

Between real countryside and Strasbourg, easily reachable by tram, enjoy a relaxing stay close to the horses, tractors, and riders, surrounded by a dynamic business district. Here, you are neither fully in the city nor fully in the countryside – and that is what makes it charming!
