Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ortaca

Die Villa ist traumhaft. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Klima ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gewartet. Man merkt es nicht mal, weil der Gärtner/Poolservice in der Früh kommt. Die Lage ist super, weil man mit Auto jede traumhafte Bucht super schnell erreichen kann. Wir werden diese Villa sehr bald wieder mieten… Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und freundlich. Super hilfreich bei Fragen oder Erwartungen. In unserem Fall muss ich ihnen auch super hoch anrechnen, dass sie sofort nachgefragt haben ob sie etwas für uns tun können, als sie erfahren haben, dass wir den Krankenwagen wegen meinem Vater (75, Hitzeschlag) gerufen haben. A gorgeous hide away in the mountains with great views. Our family had a great time. A car is a must. Sunset Restaurant highly recommended for authentic Turkish home cooking and an incredible sunset. We are looking forward to next time already.

The description of the villa does not show how amazing this place is. There are 4 lounges and kitchens and these can be used as individual living spaces if you like as each kitchen and lounge has at least 2 bedrooms and a bathroom attached. The largest has 4 en-suite rooms. The pool is cleaned daily and the housekeepers will help you with anything. A large drinking water cooler is provided with it being restocked as soon as requested. Fantastic location with it being quiet and not overlooked but also a cheap and quick bus ride away to the centre the bus stop being right outside the villa gates and it only taking 10 minutes and costing 57p per adult with 1 child being free per adult. Stunning villa inside and out, exceptionally clean and modern facilities. Emine is the perfect host and would do anything she can to make your stay as perfect as possible. Loved our stay!

Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

Özge hanım ve eşi bizi kapıda bizzat karşıladı. Başka bir evde sorun yaşayıp rotamızı değiştirip buraya gelmiştik bize kötü deneyimimizi unutturdu. Her şey tertemizdi ve ev huzur doluydu. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel bir ev. Ev merkezi bir yerde tüm gezi rotalarına en yakın mesafede, çarşıya çok takın. Evin bahçesi harika. Nar bahçesinin sonunda eve ait harika bir iskele var orada balık tutma imkanımız vardı Özge Hanım ve eşi kamp sandalyesinden balık tutacağımız envantere kadar yardımcı oldu. Biz en çok iskelede gün batımı ve doğuşuna eşlik ederken balık tutmayı sevdik. Havuzu tertemizdi çocuklarımızla çok rahat kullandık. Doğanın içinde çok güzel bir ev kesinlikle dalyana yolunuz düşerse burada konaklayın. Çok misafirperver harika bir aile. Dalyanda artık çalacağımız bir kapımız var diyoruz kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrardan geleceğiz. İyi ki yollarımız kesişmiş. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Evin büyüklüğü, bahçesi , havuzu, mobilya ve dekorasyonu iyiydi. Her odada klima, banyo tuvaleti var. Mutfakta yeteri kadar ekipman var. Bahçesi geniş ve hoş peyzaja sahip. 5 gün boyunca keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Merkeze yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araç varsa o da önemli değil.

The Natural Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with an open airy floor plan and fun vintage furniture. The kitchenette worked well for what we needed, however, we did purchase a few items to make our stay easier (wine glasses, larger skillet, mugs, knifes). Mursel and his family were very kind and gracious. Even though we did not understand each other’s language, everyone joyfully took the time to interpret to the best of their abilities. There were a couple of things we did not understand when we made the reservation - There was a daily fee for AC, which could only be run for a few hours (would turn off in middle of the night). Laundry fee was just for the use of the machine, you did it and hung it to dry yourself (different from other places I have stayed). For long stays (we stayed a month) you can pay for cleaning if you want. It was a lovely experience with kind caring people, who worked hard to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Villa son derece temiz güzel ve kullanışlı idi. İlandakilerden eksiği yok fazlası vardı. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde inşallah müsait olması durumunda bu villayı tercih edeceğim

mükemmel ötesi bir deneyim oldu,bundan sonra her fırsatta gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir lokasyon ve bunun en önemli nedeni bu harika insanlar.. umarız en kısa zamanda tekrar geliriz .. huzur,sakinlik,mis gibi bir deniz ve temel tüm ihtiyaçların düşünüldüğü tertemiz bir ev.. teşekkürler

Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey bulunuyor, 6 kişi rahat bir şekilde konakladık, ev yeni ve tüm elektrikli aletler sorunsuz çalışır durumda. Yeri çok merkezi, fırın, market ve pazar yeri gibi temel lokasyonlara çok yakın, evin konumu Muğla’nın gezilecek sahillerine 20-30 dakika mesafede.

Ramazan bey ve ailesi çok tatlı sıcak kanlı mütevazı insanlar. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Arabanız varsa gezilecek yerlerin tam ortası bir konumda. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herşey vardı. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Это чудесное место, тишина и благодать. Особенно удивительно, насколько комфортные условия для жизни удалось создать хозяину посреди полей и гор. Все было отлично - светло, чисто, тепло, все пожелания были учтены. Очень понравилась красивая посуда и полотенца, в целом все подобрано приятно и со вкусом. Хотелось бы остаться подольше. Очень завидовали тем, кто приезжает в сезон, когда тепло и открыто кафе, потому что нам бы хотелось завтракать внизу на территории. Мы очень благодарны за возможность побывать у вас, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Yorumlarda temizlik ile ilgili olumsuz düşünceler vardı. Bu yüzden endişeli gitmiştik fakat temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Konumu çok güzel, ulaşımı kolay. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Sercan bey'e iletişimi ve ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.
