House vacation rentals in Ortaca

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Villa is fantastic. You feel comfortable right away. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). Mr. Bayram is a host who supports you very quickly both before and during the stay every time you need it, the garden is big and clean, the house is very useful and well prepared. It was a comfortable accommodation for 3 families. The pool is spotlessly clean, the sea can be reached within a short distance. If we are going to be diving in the coming year, I plan to stay here without looking anywhere else, we would like to thank Mr. Bayram for his interest and support again...

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Honestly, I was a little worried because it was just a comment before me, but Ms. Fisun was very helpful from the beginning of the reservation to the end of the holiday. In the descriptions and photo, everything is aligned. Thank you to them. It will be my first choice for my next vacation program.

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

i rented for the first time on this site. You can go to this house comfortably, we went to 9 people as 6 adults and 3 children. The house is very clean and tidy, especially the thing we liked the most with the family was that the pool was cleaned every day. While you are sleeping, the pool is cleaned early in the morning and becomes a pool in the morning. I recommend going to the Iztuzu beach 20 minutes away. The owner, Mr. Tahsin, and the lady next to him were friendly and helped everything. We will meet again, this is definitely our favorite house now.

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

this place is like heaven on earth, such a beautiful area and the house was exceptional as well. Nurcan was such an amazing host and person, super friendly. i have been using airbnb for 10 years and have never come across someone as helpful and friendly as her, and a place as wonderful as this place. Super clean and tidy, our stay was super comfortable. The house us surrounded by forests, gave us such peace of mind. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The house was spotless. It was very pleasant to sit in the front garden of the house, we always ate our meals in the garden. The house was just as it appeared in the photo. The only thing missing is that we wanted to barbecue, because it was outside the garden, we did not think that we could not be very comfortable. Although there are mosquito nets everywhere, I think flies entered the house, and I think you should definitely take medicine. Other than that, it was a very pleasant holiday for us. Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

Intimate and authentic house ideally located overlooking the Lycian tombs. The ferry to go to Dalyan is very close and very fast. The hostess has a beautiful garden and is very kind. Communication is done with simultaneous translation from the smartphone. And in addition, our hostess makes delicious homemade pomegranate juice!

Mr. Onur was very helpful from the reservation stage. He provided us with all kinds of convenience from the moment we entered the house. All the rooms and bathrooms of the house were clean and tidy. The pool was very nice, I recommend it for families with children, families without children, and for relaxing. You can easily access many bays, historical and natural places in the region. If you are looking for accommodation in the area, you do not need to look for another alternative, you can contact Mr. Onur with peace of mind.

lovely house in peaceful location, but only 10 minutes walk into Dalyan, plenty of room for the seven of us, and the kids loved playing in the large pool, would definitely stop again, we all had a great time

I am all in all very satisfied. We wanted something quiet to relax with a pool. Everything fully met and more. Small things like salt, tea, sufficient towels, etc. were there and we used them very gratefully. It's not self-evident. If there were any questions, they were answered very quickly. I'd love to come back

Beautiful villa, looks just like the pictures. Very new, modern and well equipped with everything needed for a villa holiday. Good sized pool. Quiet location, with a village like feel to it although only around 20mins to walk into the centre of Dalyan or 150-200TL by taxi. Responsive hosts. Great option for a family break.

The incredibly responsive owner addressed all our requests quickly and took care of details when needed. He’s one of the best hosts I’ve met. The house has a private entry, parking space, and a private garden shared with three adorable kittens. Occasional dog barking or rooster crowing adds to the natural ambiance. The district is mostly renovated and quiet, except for occasional noise from a neighbor who usually quiets down after 11 pm. There are a couple supermarkets within 5 min. walking. The lovely porch is perfect for dining, with a charming swinging double chair. The clean, new, and well-stocked kitchen is great for dining in. The utensils are sufficient for preparing meals but there is no microwave. The dishwasher and washing machine are convenient. The spacious bathroom has a shower that takes some time to figure out, but it’s fine once you do. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Ortaca and this house as a peaceful and convenient base for exploring the area.
