The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

SNÄLLASGÅRDEN genuine, peaceful and close to everything

Snällasgården is a genuine valley farm where the original house is now a large kitchen with fireplace with room for 12 people. The farm has been extended twice and today provides a comfortable place to stay for two families. Two living rooms, where the most recently built one has a large fireplace, large sleeping loft and high ceilings. There is an electric sauna inside the house and in the yard a wood-fired sauna. The farm borders the forest, is peaceful and it is close to Orsa, Mora and Grönklitt with many outdoor activities and culture.

Stensgard is located on Vattnäs headland between Mora and Orsa, overlooking the sunsets on the other side of Lake Orsa. Bagarstugan is a fully equipped guest cottage with 6 beds. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a sleeping loft with one queen-size bed (160 cm) and one single bed, as well as a separate bedroom with three single beds.  Bring your own sheets and towels. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park
