We loved this beach house! The access to the beach was so close and convenient. The house was so well maintained and stocked better than any airbnb house we have stayed at. We really appreciated all the extras amenities that were provided…. beach towels, putters and balls for the fun putt putt, a propane firepit, beach toys for renters with kids, wagon, beach cart. The list goes on. The beds were comfy. Shawn and Jennifer got it right! They were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!!

This place was perfect for my little family. Everyone felt right at home including my dog! The location was great and convenient to everything!! The house had all you could need. The host was great and very responsive. Would highly recommend this place!

Our stay was fantastic. Brian was great at communication and assisting us when needed. The home is beautiful and a great location with all the amenities that you need. I would definitely stay at his property in the future and highly recommend his property for a stay at Sunset Beach.

Our stay was far too short! The house was beautiful! Had a great backyard for my kids to play, and a perfect bunk bed for them! My two oldest girls did not want to leave! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying! We had one question and Sofia responded right away! Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in while we were in NC. We will deff stay again when we come back to visit!!

We loved our stay at the condo! The location was great and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids were a bit sad the pool was closed since the cover was off and it appeared to be open but the closed sign was up but we knew there was a good chance it wouldn’t be open for the season. The building’s outdoor shower was also off but the one on the beach access worked great.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Nick’s beach home. It was spacious and tidy, and in a great location for walking to the beach. Nick was very proactive with instructions for check-in and check-out, and was an overall great host!

This condo is top notch! When you walk in, the home is very bright and spacious. As for the ocean front view, just breathtaking. A few easy steps and you’re on the beach for your walk, sunning, or swim. Very nice. This condo has everything you need for your stay. Very clean, comfortable, new furniture, well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable with ample pillows and very nice linens on all beds. Having your own washer and dryer was very handy also. We were very pleased with everything and definitely will return.

My stay at Kenneth’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—those emerald green chairs added a vibrant and luxurious touch! The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to prepare meals. Kenneth was an exceptional host—communicative, courteous, and made sure everything was in place for a smooth check-in and stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

Second time staying here, and we still love the lovely house, the location, the views of the canal and OIB. Plenty of space for our 6 member family, close to beach (3 minute walk), private canal pier. Highly recommend, just make sure to pack toiletries and linens!

Great location right across the street from the beach. There’s a beautiful pool and basement with bathroom and lounge space that we didn’t use but would be great for a family. Though sheets were provided we had to make our beds when we arrived and bath towels are not provided. Would be nice if bath towels were included and the beds were ready to be used upon check in. Otherwise, a perfect spot to relax during a shell hunting vacation.

My family and I had an amazing time at Sandy’s place. It was a gorgeous location, beautiful view of the waterway, minutes( like 2) from ocean isle beach, and only 10 min from sunset beach (our favorite). Sandy responded quickly and had excellent “local knowledge”. 10/10 would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could’ve wanted for a relaxing getaway. It couldn’t have been more special. The space was beautifully kept, super comfortable, easy to tidy, and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend. It took 2 minutes to walk to the beach and is in a welcoming neighborhood. 5 stars ⭐️

Had a great stay, everything you needed was there. Furniture was comfortable to relax on at night after a long day, big tv with all the channels you need. Nice neighborhood with friendly people. Great fishing off the dock and the front porch great for early sun and the back deck for great sunsets. We rented a golf cart to travel around the area to go to the grocery store ,restaurants, bars and the beach fun way to see the area. Has a nice Weber charcoal grill to cook great dinners. Will definitely be back next spring. Thanks for a great week.

We stayed at Terries place a few nights. Exactly as described, with personal touch. Terrie messaged us to make sure everything was going well. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Has a pool and gym! The grounds were beautiful. Took morning walk with cup of coffee around the complex, beautiful. Very peaceful. Beach is very close by. Will definitely stay again. My husband and I had the absolute best time at Linda’s Beach Cottage at OIB! As soon as we walked through the door childhood memories flooded back, we have finally found our home away from home. We absolutely adored the outside areas and the warm homey feeling of the cottage. We didn’t cook this stay, but I was so impressed that the kitchen was fully equipped and loved the gas stove. I can see so many future memories to be made at the downstairs seating around the gas fire pit while we fish off the dock! Beach is a 3 minute walk and so many restaurants under a 10 minute walk. Everyone was so friendly and the neighborhood was impeccable. We cannot wait to come back to the Beach Cottage with our family every year!

Photos really don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. We loved watching the sunsets and sunrises from the back deck! The access to the beach is convenient and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Our family of 11 had space to spread out and the large well equipped kitchen had plenty of everything. The setting room was stocked with games for every age which made for great family time. No need to bring anything but yourselves! We absolutely loved staying at Stacey’s house and hope to visit there again!

I had an extended stay at Pelican’s Nest while working nearby. It was the perfect home away from home! The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment I needed, the main bedroom had storage and bathroom was spacious, and laundry worked well. It was unusually chilly during my time there, otherwise I would have taken advantage of the beautiful sunroom and nearby beach access more often. Nancy was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you need a place in the area I would definitely recommend Pelican’s Nest!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!
