Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 130 m² med plads til 12 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Huset ligger i en naturskønt område med kun 2 minutters gang til strand og badebro. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. You will feel the calm settle, already when you wait for the small train ferry that in 5 minutes transports you to the island. The house is located on a large enclosed plot filled with fruit trees and berry bushes... 200 from the water.
