Waterfront vacation rentals in Ornos

This is a great place. Very close to the main market in Chora (5min walk) and next to the beach. Very clean and cozy, and quiet. Totally recommended place!

We had a lovely stay at Mykonos. The pool and beach was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool bar and restaurant had closed early for the year so access to food and water was a bit of a challenge (as we didn't have a car) but our host Aleka arranged for some water to be delivered to us and even offered to drive us to Ornos, which was great. Aleka was very helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions and the other guests in the complex were friendly and respectful.

Very grateful for all the help we received during our stay in Mykonos. Zoi was super attentive and friendly, gave us lots of recommendations on where to go to eat, gave us a map, communication was super fast by WhatsApp, and she helped us get transportation to the airport. 10/10 It is very close to many restaurants and the central area of the island. Great airbnb. a little off the beaten path, but overall very walkable to downtown and private. we loved being out near the point and on the water. only real complaint we had was that the tile floors condensate or "sweat" a lot in the winter months from the heaters running. but there is not much anyone can do about that. felt very safe on that whole island and we're very happy we decided to go there and stay in this airbnb. we ended up getting a rental car for €30 per day and were very easily able to park on the street and explore the whole island in a day. i would highly recommend doing that. the key/lock for the door is a little sticky. could use some lubrication or only turn it one turn to lock, instead of the full two turns. hosts were very friendly. couldnt have been much better of an airbnb. thanks again

Antonis is a great host. He was very communicative and addressed quickly each our need or question. The apartment itself is close to two beaches. I highly recommend it.

I cannot stress enough how perfect our stay at Antonio and Katerina’s was. The location is so peaceful you don’t get any noise from the other villas or the road. It is ideally positioned between the pool and the private beach (that has free umbrellas and loungers which is unheard of on Mykonos) there is a restaurant on site that we didn’t get a chance to visit but others on the resort recommended and it is less than a minutes late walk away. We didn’t have a car so walked to Ornos and back (about 25 mins each way) - when we mentioned this to Antonio he thoughtfully sent us a map of little shortcuts we could take to make it quicker and replied to all of our messages so fast! He arranged a transfer from the airport so it was easy to reach the Airbnb - then Katerina meet us at the flat and gave us a full tour of the resort. The air con was a lifesaver and all the kitchen amenities worked well. Overall a lovely, clean, cool flat with a beautiful patio and amazing hosts!

We loved our stay here and recommend it thoroughly - perhaps not for young children but certainly for older families and adults wanting privacy, a walkable sandy beach, and practical, clean accommodation. There are many cats outside, whose company we very much enjoyed. One even followed us down to the rocky beach behind the property, where we swam every day. The water here and at the main beach is very clean and the regular ferries crossing in the distance create a predictable wave machine that our children loved! We rented a car from the owners and explored dovecotes, marble museums and villages, and stocked up at the supermarket. Wecame late in the season, and found it very calm and uncrowded. Perhaps we'd have liked a greater range of affordable restaurants within walking distance, since drink-driving laws are especially strict here, but all our meals out were good. The hosts are helpful and it felt private although they live upstairs.

Semi-detached house in a beautiful secure residence with restaurant, swimming pool and a small private beach in a translucent water cove. The environment in early June was particularly quiet and peaceful away from the festive evenings of Mykonos. A car is necessary to get to the first shops and restaurants or to visit the island. Yannis welcomed us and was present and very responsive to all our requests. We greatly appreciated his kindness and availability. We had a great and refreshing holiday in this peaceful place.

Exceptional! One of the best Airbnb’s and we’ve stayed at dozens. Very thoughtful touches like this indie coverings, a bottle of wine upon arrival, helping arrange transport, nice toiletries, and extremely comfortable beds. The neighbors were a touch noisy during the night, but I am an extremely light sleeper. The views are spectacular. The place is spotlessly clean. All appliances work well. The patio is icing on the cake. The Limnios Tavern restaurant was delicious. The people were all very welcoming and warm. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs and it is up on a hill from the beach. It’s a short walk, but many stairs in between. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay in Mykonos! The three of us (all women) felt very safe, it is centrally located; easy to walk to a beach, or to some of the sights.The host was very accommodating and had great communication from sending detailed check-in directions to making sure everything was good while we were there. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!

What can I say… beautiful location overlooking the harbour, with a great balcony. Really well described and we felt really looked after. Apollonas is a gorgeous small fishing village well protected from prevailing winds. Good tavernas and even better ones in the mountain villages a short(ish) drive away. And I’d recommend a car… the village is too isolated otherwise. We stayed 11 days but would happily have stayed a month!!

This place is a gem! The view is amazing and the terrace is a great plus. The place is clean and well organized. The decoration is splendid, on par with a cozy boutique hotel while making you feel right at home. John was a great host, and was always responsive to all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visitng mykonos!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Stella. It is one of the few hotels you can find close to Naoussa that is on the water, and still a 5 minute walk to the center of town. George was very accommodative and helpful, and the villa was cleaned everyday. We had the best time and highly recommend!!

Eleni's apartment is out of this world, incredible! She kindly met us late at night to welcome us. As the other reviews have mentioned there are lots of stairs, but we were fully prepared for this. The location by the sea and in Ermoupoli could not have been better. The patio and outdoor area is simply stunning. We swam in the sea everyday despite the weather - there is a wonderful swimming platform (Vaporia Beach) a few minutes away. The apartment is much larger than we expected with excellent amenities. Eleni left us extra towels, water, blankets and was very helpful, letting us leave later on our last day. Thank you!

Such an amazing location to stay in Naoussa, walkable to the main town and a beach on your doorstep! Lots of lovely restaurants near and host was super responsive and helpful!

We could not recommend this accomodation highly enough. The location was so perfect, with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, super friendly and even left us with drinks and pastries in the fridge. If you are staying in Syros we reckon this accommodation and wish we could give more than 5 stars. Thank you for such a great stay!
