House vacation rentals in Ornavasso

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

A lovely hideaway on a hillside near Lake Maggiore. Felix’s house has a larger plot for the Village, and there’s an extra garden swing and lower lounging area in the garden to enjoy throughout the day. The views are lovely and we felt very secluded. Peaceful retreat with great access to the shared pools, crazy golf and a restaurant meant we had things to do without having to drive down the hill everyday. Recommended

Access on the day of arrival was super uncomplicated and very easy. Then take the elevator directly to the terrace and therefore absolutely no tinkering when lugging suitcases. The view is out of this world! Such a panoramic view is very rare on Lake Maggiore. That alone is worth the money! The place was very clean, from linens, kitchen to bathrooms, all tiptpop! A heated pool with also fantastic views of the Lago and Isola Brissago... Just a dream... We will definitely be back....

We felt comfortable in Umberto's quiet and well-kept apartment. The co-host Silvia is very helpful and available at any time. Special thanks to them. The surroundings offer a lot of beauty, very convenient for various activities. The terrace with the beautiful view of the lake is perfect if you don't want to do anything.

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Amazing house in the middle of a paradise! We loved every second of our weekend and would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge from the chaos of the everyday life. The house was clean and has everything you need.

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Gianluigi's house is very nice and practically furnished. The location is good: you can go many sides and you have many possibilities to visit something. Gianluigi is very friendly and willing to help if needed.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook for yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house has all the comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and fenced with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful views and the quiet surroundings. Communication with Alberto was also super, always responded quickly and friendly. Alberto and Lorenza thank you for your hospitality, the chance that we will come again is great! Wow, it's just the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever visited. It was hard to leave, we went from room to room to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the place. The place is so quiet and at the same time not far from the (mountain) city, everything was super clean, the bedding is quality and very comfortable, everything is furnished with a lot of love, there is really everything you would need for a quiet stay, the kitchen is well equipped. Initially we came to go for a walk, in the end we spent our 2 days on site :) thank you for everything, it's a little paradise and a peaceful haven.

We stayed at Flavia's place for one night and had a very nice stay. It is a very well-kept house with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

A perfect place to stay in Orino. The village itself is small but provides everything you need with a local shop and a Locanda. Beppe is a brilliant host with great stories and tips for activities.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

The house was beautiful and had an amazing views plus all the amenities you could hope for. Walter was lovely , polite and very responsive!

Casa Eli was such a perfect spot. We swam in the lake at Alana every morning and then went hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. Cambiasca is a lovely little village with a great pizza restaurant, a couple of bars for coffee, and a 5 min drive for groceries. We especially enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the shade, and so appreciated the beautiful space Roberta has created with the exposed brick and high arched ceilings. Gorgeous - highly recommend that you stay here.

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
