What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!

excellent location, quiet neighbourhood. Only had the chance to stay for one night but I would definitely recommend it as it is a walking distance from the beach and the main road which has a lot of stores etc. Apartment was spotless clean and as described. The house is old Cyprus house location has a beautiful old neighborhood feel. There is a grocery store in walking distance. It is 3-4 km from the city center and Daü, but if you have a vehicle, it is not a problem at all. I walked to and from the castle to dinner and it was never problematic and difficult. There is parking for the car when you get to the house, the internet is smooth. The only thing missing from the house is that the bathroom needs to be overhauled and arranged and the paint should be overhauled. Don't be misunderstood when saying these things, it is definitely NOT dirty. The house is a beautiful house with a garden with old mosaic stone floors. But as I said, it needs a little maintenance, for example, the shutters do not work fully healthy. I wrote these for information to the host. Otherwise, the house had everything needed in the kitchen, everything from tea to grab oil, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent. Would I stay in the same place again? Yes, I will stay in the same place without thinking. I recommend.
