Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

Old Oak Barn with Jacuzzi hot tub

JaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

Barn with hot tub, perfect for get togethers

LucileRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

A Relaxing Rural Retreat

WilliamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This cottage is just so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. Within a short drive you can be in the Norfolk Broads or any of the local beaches, from Great Yarmouth down to Aldeburgh. For dog owners I would recommend Kessingland. It's just such a lovely stroll and surprisingly not busy. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round here. Dave is a really friendly chap and I'm sure if we had had any problems at all with the cottage he would have been there to help out, but the cottage was faultless. Just a lovely quiet place, surrounded by fields. If we visit Suffolk again I will definitely see if this cottage is available. It's so relaxing here. What a hidden gem!

Secret Big Cabin, Landscaped Grounds, 5 miles sea

EmilieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks Debbie :) Pros - peaceful - private - stunning views over fields - comfy beds - loved the sun deck - very dog friendly - easy to find & follow instructions - great recommendations for things to do/ see - milk was left in the fridge for us - cool even on hot day due to shady trees everywhere Cons - curtains in bedrooms aren’t black out so very light in the rooms until late - walls in between the rooms in the cabin are very thin so if anyone’s in the kitchen / living area you can hear everything, not great for sleeping children - birds very loud in ceiling of bedroom very early in the morning, maybe birds nesting in the floorboards above..

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest. The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.
