Such an amazing place!! I highly recommend and would love to come back for another stay! Located on the corner in a beautiful, tranquil mountain town with great views and free parking and EV charging directly across the street. Apartment was big, cozy, clean, and already stocked with some of the essentials plus local guides for the Dolomites. Giovanna is kind, helpful, and accommodating too!

We still have great tips for food recommendations and attractions and have also tried some restaurants. They were really great recommendations. Unfortunately, I forgot to pay the tourist tax. 😭 But the host also responded nicely to it. I would always recommend it.

We spent a weekend in the middle, bad luck wanted us to stay on foot with the car and we were forced to return home with friends' car and leave ours by a mechanic in the area, the host made himself very available to keep our suitcases for two days, until we returned to pick up the car. As for home, everything as described, very nice and clean house. But once again, I want to thank Michele.

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Hello, what can I say, I felt like I was at home, nice, clean, quiet, then the exclusive outdoor space and the best part, in 10 minutes you are on the main avenue and on the beach, you are on vacation but you are not for me, the best part and the wonderful owners, IT🤩🤩🤩'S WORTH RETURNING

She was super attentive to all our needs, even anticipating our requests with a courtesy that made our stay truly special. I would like to give her a special shout-out for the way she treated us by giving us attention and small gifts such as everything you need for a great breakfast and delicious homemade cookies from her mom, all necessary products for cleaning the house and much more that made our experience unforgettable.
