Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Imagine the smell of your dinner when you sit down on the balcony to enjoy the food and the view at the same time.  The cottages are insulated for vacation rentals all year round.  Climate control system where the farm's solar panels provide cooling in summer and heat in winter. Rainwater from the farm is purified for use, among other things, to flush the toilets.  Sheets and final cleaning are included. We are excited to welcome you as a guest! On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we provide breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Feel free to notify requests early.

Röstånga vång - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!

Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.
