When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
