The hot tub is additionally payable and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely bring your dog.

The cottage is located in the village of Valteřice near Výprachtice in the Orlické Mountains. The accommodation is suitable for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms in the cottage. The cottage is situated in a quiet natural area, right next to the cottage is a stream and a forest. It is ideal for visitors looking for an escape from busy city life. The signal of mobile operators is limited here (only O2 is available). The driveway is natural, rocky, we recommend driving slowly.

The ground floor has a main room with a tiled stove, a kitchenette and a double bed, plus a kitchen, sauna, and workshop. The adjacent room has two beds and a shower.
