Very nice cottage, with beautiful sunsets and a terrace overlooking the deaf. The cottage is well-equipped, although there are no towels, so it's a good idea to take it out of the house.

We had a very nice stay, the house is very cozy and the nature around it is really very nice. Unfortunately, the ski resorts can only be reached by car, but are also very nice.

Lovely and clean cottage with 100% privacy. Perfect for a family getaway. The night sky is full of stars and you can hear a calming sound of a nearby river.

We had a great stay at Grzegorz's place. It was very quiet, private, the surroundings were great for hiking and relaxing. We were with 7 people in the accommodation, so it got a little tighter in some places, but it still fit well. We enjoyed the time there very much. We'd love to come back! A highlight: the deer that can be seen around the accommodation if you are lucky!

Our stay was amazing from the arrival, we were welcomed by a pleasant and helpful gentleman, he showed us around the house, recommended some activities and places, we loved the stay, beautiful house, fully equipped in a quiet location, an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend or more days, we have nothing to complain about and we can only recommend the MASØN house.

Hot tub was top-notch, I so enjoyed the night in hot tub with Netflix on the wall. There was mini-mini zoo in the yard and small playground for kids. Big screen tv as well.

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It was a big pleasure to visit this place. Beautiful area for walks and skiing, great house. We'll be back soon :)

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a short drive to the ski slope and the cross-country trails. In case of a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended, as the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning option. The many rooms only have small closets, but they are perfectly sufficient, as we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen. The attic is quite low and more suitable for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, perfect location for Cerna Hora. Jaroslav is a great host, super helpful, flexible and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped, everything you'd need for a week's stay. It was 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable for all. Definitely recommended for your next stay in Janske Lazne/Pec area!

Beautiful house and we really enjoyed staying there !

We were very pleased with the apartment, we had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and flexible thanks to the detailed instructions. A big plus was the direct proximity to the ski lift! Petr responded to questions very quickly and kindly.

Great location of the apartment, the place matched the description and photos, perfect cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen. Perhaps just the sofa bed was less comfortable, but everything else fully replaced it.

Very charming and very cozy cottage, suitable for a couple with 1 child. Situated in a very peaceful village. Walking distance to ski-lift in Boleslawow, but also very close to other ski-lifts in the area. The host was very helpful and provided us with a list of attractions and restaurants very close to the property. The cottage is tiny, (as it states in the listing :-)) but is fully equipped. The place was very clean and it was very warm inside even though it was around -8C at night. I recommend this place and for those who wrote the "not so good" reviews -please read the listings fully....Constructed with 90% recycled materials, following the principles of zero waste. So yes, there may be little imperfections here and there...but that gives the place its charm.

The stay was absolutely great. Everything looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground. The accommodation is fully equipped, we positively evaluate the outdoor grill. Beds are comfortable, private. Looking forward to your next trip

Our stay was super nice, the house is idyllically located and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily spend several days there with a large group. Hot tub and sauna were in great condition and everything was very clean and modern! Veronika was super accommodating and always available. Small tip: definitely listen to Veronika's directions, otherwise Google Maps will send you the wrong way. Thanks for the great weekend! :)

Great place for a quiet vacation. The cottage is newly renovated and very cozy. There are the areas of Herlíkovice and Černá hora nearby, so the ideal sign for skiing. The owner was helpful and gave advice on what to see in the area. The kids appreciated the quality internet!:)
