Owen’s house was very spacious, comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Owen responds to messages right away. Great host.

The pictures did it no justice. The rooms are so incredibly beautiful. The upstairs Harry Potter TV area was amazing. I love all the detail. The home was very clean and it felt homey. I would 100% stay there again.

We had such a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights for us—especially the kids—was the outdoor space. The refreshing pool was perfect for cooling off and spending the day outside, and the outdoor projector was a huge hit for evening movie nights under the stars. It really made the trip feel special. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the location was peaceful yet convenient. Highly recommend this place for families!

Claudia was the most amazing host we’ve had! She responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We felt right after home! The place was squeaky clean the kitchen space was IMMACULATE and the privacy in the back for the pool was exactly what we needed! Claudia will be seeing us again very soon. THANK YOU CLAUDIA!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It's very roomy, the pictures are accurate, the house is spacious, and very comfortable. It was a bargain for such a large space.

The place looks exactly like the photos, it was so beautiful and Edgardo has everything you need for your stay. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We even seen Edgardo a few times and he was very polite. Just want to make anyone aware, this is a guest suite behind their house, it wasn’t an issue for us because it was still private and the place was beautiful and comfy but just want to let people know what to expect. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying here for future visits. Thank you again Edgardo for your hospitality!

This is our second stay with this host & the house did not disappoint! A little background. We have a huge get together every year around our anniversary. This year we were looking for something a little less pricey & ended up booking a different home. The experience was horrible. So horrible in fact that AirBnB cancelled our reservation because of inaccurate host reviews. I reached out to Brandon & he was so accommodating to get us into their home. Honestly, I should have just gone with Brandon in the first place. Trust your gut! From the moment you walk into the door things are magical. The attention to detail is on par with the theme parks, trust me on that I'm there regularly :) Cooking for that many people is always a joy, the kitchen makes it easy for everyone to be involved (equally as easy for kids to be out of the way) We did everything. Swimming, karaoke, movie night, video games, hidden Mickey's (nice touch), marshmallows, huge board games. It was all perfect!

I would give this house 10 stars if I could!!! The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! The themed rooms were even better than you could imagine. There was so much attention to detail and the play structures were very well put together. We felt safe letting the kids play. We traveled with 2 families (5 adults and 5 kids) there was more than enough rooms. The en-suite on almost every bedroom was a huge convenience. Each bathroom had an extra roll of toilet paper and there were also a couple of dish washer pods. The provided high chair was also helpful! We loved this house SO much and hope to stay again! Ron was a great host, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. This house made our first Disney World vacation the most perfect week! It only took about 25 mins to get to magic kingdom

Upon check in, there were a few hiccups, nothing major, but I brought it to Jaycelle's attention and she was so quick to respond and went above and beyond to make things right. I have never had someone take care of us the way she did, her kindness is out of this world. She is a fantastic host and she really made our stay special. Not to mention, the place is extremely cozy and cute, it has everything you need for a nice trip! (and the bed is super comfy best sleep of my life)

It was a good place to stay and the host communicated very well . When I come back to the area again I will be picking this spot again

We had a great time in the apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and close to the pools, which the kids enjoyed a lot. Any issues we had (like forgetting the code to enter…:)), Justin answered and helped us immediately.

This place was great! My wife and I arrived around 9ish and it was a very comfortable vibe, it was a perfect size for us two. Streaming service had a log in already which was perfect. Bathroom and kitchenette area was a great size and had a great assortment of teas and coffee.

Amazing stay, we all loved it. Perfect for the kids. Close to Disney World and Universal. It felt like home. I loved everything about the stay and everything about the Airbnb. Coffee maker, air fryer, plates, and cups. Tv in room which is perfect for the kids. They had extra stuff for kids. It was just a real good amazing stay. It had everything we could’ve needed for our family vacation.

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

This was our second stay here and we loved it all the same! The host is very kind, responsive, and accommodating! Such a fun place to come home to after a full day at the beach or the parks! The pools were so fun as well with lots to do. We enjoyed getting yummy drinks and sitting in the lounge chairs while our daughter played in the pools.

It was a beautiful cosy place. Edna is a great host and very responsive. My kids loved it there. Place was neta n clean close to all disney parks.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Very conveniently located near the Disney resort by driving distance. Easy access via keypad entry and located inside a gated community, away from the noise you typically may expect from a resort town. Price is a bargain when compared to other brand name resort hotels nearby going for thousands per night, with minimal amenities. Will be returning.
