Gorgeous house and gorgeous location. Amazingly quiet, and only a few minutes walk from a private beach. Perfect place for a gateway with friends. The host was super nice and helpful. I would sincerely recommend 🤍

House in Ioulis, Kea, Cyclades

ZoiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house is decorated simply in a traditional way and with a lot of taste. The terrace with amazing views. In a completely quiet neighborhood. We slept downstairs, which was very cool. Only access has some difficulties, that is, tenants must be trained to climb stairs and uphill.

Charming Guesthouse with private pool

DouglasRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed 10 days at Vlassis and Celia’s lovely little apartment and found everything we needed in the apartment. Vlassis met us at the port to take us the apartment (Google maps doesn’t work here-Apple maps is better, but as Celia says follow the signs!) We were given loads of great advice about where to visit (you’ll need a car to get around Kea) and saw loads of lovely coves and beaches. The Loulis has a number of good restaurants and the walk is about 15 minutes to them, although you might want to let your food go down before heading back up the hill! Our hosts were super accommodating even letting me borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean sand out of the boot of our hire car. The apartment is very well appointed and even had a cool bag and freezer blocks for trips to the beach. The attention to detail is fantastic. We’d highly recommend staying here.
A small round table with a cup rests next to a white chair on the veranda, overlooking a shimmering sea. The horizon blends into the sky filled with soft clouds, creating a serene backdrop for outdoor relaxation.

Psili Ammos Beach House, Seafront, Amazing views

Guido MarioRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks. The location is really spectacular, far (but not too far) from the busiest area of the island, with a beautiful view of the bay of Psili from where you could also see the island of Andros. The villa is really nice, well furnished, with ample outdoor spaces where you can relax on special deck chairs and wall sofas with comfortable pillows. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms, also nice the living area with the attached kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. The priceless thing that made the vacation super relaxing, is the nearby beach that can be reached through a small path that takes about 5 minutes on foot. There is almost no one and therefore there is absolute peace of mind that you do not want to go in search of other beaches (still beautiful, but more crowded). Thank you to Robert and Sophia for all the valuable recommendations on restaurants and more. We'll see you soon: -))

I Dreamed a Mill

BarryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was our first time on Kea and we absolutely loved it, it's a beautiful island and very peaceful. The views from the Mill in the morning and especially at sunset were wonderful. We liked to walk down to Vourkari along the dirt track for a coffee or breakfast in the mornings (trainers were good enough for the tracks), and then relax by the pool for the day or go for a drive - very little traffic which was nice. You could also walk down to the small beach visible from the Mill, it really is a little gem. Vourkari has a couple of very nice restaurants/cafes. After a few days of buying bottled water from the shops (so much plastic!), we discovered the water purifying station just after you turned left off the road from Vourkari to Otzias (it's on the right hand side). It was only 5c per litre!! Mariaelena was very helpful and responsive, and made sure the place was very clean and comfortable.
