Condo vacation rentals in Oristano

Clarice and family were super attentive and friendly. it's perfectly located and steps away from old town in Alghero where you have an abundance of restaurants & shops. Beaches are approx 10mins walk away. Bus to airport only mins walk. You can get a ticket in Tabaco shop or pay on board preferably with the right change. We rented a scooter for 2 days for €100. This is a great way to see the main attractions/spots around Alghero and also easy to park. if renting a car parking spaces are hard to find. Overall would return to Clarice's place again as the location is perfect to explore Alghero.

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

We spent three days with family in Alghero in Francesco's apartment. The accommodation is very well located, not far from the old town and the beach (easy walking access). The accommodation is comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped. Francesco is very attentive, full of small touches for his guests (chocolate eggs for the kids for Easter!). Very small downside on the noise related to traffic (single glazing), but it's also the location of the accommodation in the city center. In summary, we recommend it +++ 🙂

Vania is a friendly, communicative, and responsive host. Before she arrived, we received all the information for her stay and check-in. Vania's apartment is in a great location. It's perfect to get to and from the airport by bus. The apartment is very close to the beach. Next to it is a supermarket and cafe and pasticceria, ice cream parlor and restaurants. You can walk to the old town. The apartment is clean and spacious, equipped with most of the things you need during your stay. The apartment does not have wifi and a dishwasher, and these are the only drawbacks I can provide. We highly recommend staying at Vania's apartment:)

we stayed at Ugo's house and we felt right at home: modern furnishings, everything you need is available and clean. the location of the house is convenient for walking to the center, it is next to a supermarket and parking is also easy to find. Ugo was extremely kind to give us directions of all kinds. Finally, maximum flexibility with arrival and departure times. Highly recommended accommodation for a vacation to discover Alghero and its surroundings.

Apartment as advertised. Located 1 km from the historic center and easy to park on the street. Sheets, towels, shower gel and even coffee for the morning, everything was there for a pleasant stay. Thank you!

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

We stayed for 10 nights in this wonderful apartment. Gianella and Christian are superb hosts and they offer an accommodation that was home away from home for us. The kitchen meets all your requirements and lots of little extras too. Our stay was so comfortable and we highly recommend their place. The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants and shops etc and you can walk to the marina and the old town in 10 minutes.

We had a great stay in Alghero and Alessandro gave us many great tips for restaurants and stands in the area. The apartment is located in the old town and as soon as you leave the apartment you are in the middle of it and have a great flair. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sea and there's a lot to do in Alghero and the surrounding area. We liked the apartment very much and it was even better equipped than expected - shampoo, shower gel and even a small selection of other cosmetics were available.

We loved our stay at Federico’s flat! He was the perfect host — warm, friendly, and welcoming — and offered us everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhood, walking to the old city, and checking out nearby beaches. It was great that Federico recommended all of his favorite places and we could not be happier with our stay. We would love to return here one day!

Worth the price! Parking in the area was a bit of a challenge because it was free. Host was very responsive and attempted to let us check in early and let us check out late because there were no incoming guest. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.

we've been five days and it was perfect. Alessandra and all the team have been very friendly and attentive at all times. I would highlight the location for its tranquility and at the same time close to l Alghero and wonderful beaches. even we were offered a sailing route which was spectacular. the garden with the pool relaxing and very well kept.

Cute and comfortable for 4 people, or even 5. The host was excellent, always attentive to respond quickly to questions and needs. We were also in favor of allowing us to enter before and leave after our reservation, which was very easy for us to accommodate the return flight schedules. Super recommended!

The accommodation is in a very good location, everything is accessible on foot, and there is really no distance by bike, yet the neighborhood is calm, no distractions :) very nice, clean, well furnished, had everything we needed ( washing machine , kitchen equipment,etc.). The owners are very helpful, quick to respond, and give advice. The biggest plus is that they picked us up at the airport and took us back. Everything was perfect with a 3-year-old child. We were completely satisfied with everything, we couldn't have found anything better, and we will only book with them:)

And life has gone back to normal. Yet, the head is still full of impressions. Ten days ago we finished our stay in true Paradise, where we spent eleven amazing days. We felt at home in Gaia's beautiful apartment, it looked like it was tailored just for us and our kid. Absolutely clean and comfortable. Close to what was the most important thing for us - the beach, our beloved Maria Pia, though if you are in a hurry, even closer beach is just in front of the condominium. Daily routine was pure pleasure, as it consisted of grocery shopping, cooking, eating ice cream, bathing in the sea or even in the pool which was part of the condominium. Few times we walked or took the bus to the old town. We are quite familiar with it, thanks to our previous visits to Alghero, so it was not our main point of interest, though we enjoyed it again, refreshed our memories and bought new souvenirs. Gaia's apartment is a place to go back again. We loved everything about it!
