Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde", this atypical place is installed in an old printing press, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. There is also a game room and a chill-out area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles.
