Lovely place to stay in Seaside. Walking distance to the beach and activities of Seaside while being in a quieter neighborhood.

The culture here is great. Friendly staff and guests during my stay. My favorite of US hostels so far. Their backyard food truck garden is awesome on its own (recommend the pizza), but pairing it with the hostel makes it convenient and fun. This is a social hostel in an old house; you will hear noise and activity. There are events and people stay up late. Quiet hours are enforced about as well as visiting hours in a maternity ward (I.e. they are not). If that doesn’t appeal to you, stay in one of the many other motels or hotels in Bend. This is a good hostel. Some notes: there is only one bathroom on the second floor and a lot of rooms. However, there is a bathroom downstairs and an outbuilding with a bathroom and showers. Room was clean and as advertised. Good location, nice neighborhood.

Our room had some minor cleanliness issues, but overall a great stay. Loved the property and the location was perfect for exploring Seaside/the coast.

Pretty unique, historical building, nice atmosphere, cool guests and just downtown. We stayed with two little kids and it was just fine, even though it was crowded and a bit noisy in the evening but we expected that. Nothing wild, and the night was pretty calm. Francis was very nice and very accommodating. The kids loved to explore the place.

Host worked with us for a late check in and was very friendly. Gave us local recommendations to check out in the area. The place had other guests and the vibe was chill, friendly, and respectful. The amenities and vibe seem really cool even though we got in late and food and drinks were closed. It is an old home so floor boards creaked, water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower, couldn’t get the bathroom light to turn on, and the temp was a bit cold then warm in our room. There was a heater in the room we used. Shower had a large bottle of dial liquid soap to wash with. Overall it was a cool experience. Sauna was great!

This place was right up my aisle! Music was flowing when we walked in. Everyone was so incredibly nice! The space was so clean and go with the flow type of vibe. Locals were coming to the nightly events because it is just such a great place to be. I would travel back to bend just to stay here and get to know people in the house!

Enjoyed my stay! Clean bathrooms but the kitchens were a bit dirty and the rooms have some muskiness to them. But, for a hostel and the price it wasn’t anything surprising/out of line with expectations. Good location, walkable to coffee and restaurants!
