Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Free continental breakfast: croissants, jelly, yogurt w/ fruit, oatmeal, juice, coffee & tea. Private farm setting near river, animals roam outside. 15 min to Canyonville, 40 min to Safari. This is a private guest suite attached to our home (not a detached unit), with its own separate entrance and patio. Exclusive guest suite in striking new modern home tucked into the forested ridgelines of the Tualatin Mountains north of Portland. Floor to ceiling windows frame private views of the natural forest landscape, and offer plenty of natural light. Private guest entry, covered patio with fire-pit. It's just a short walk to our Farm property and vineyard valley views.

Glamping at its finest !!!!!! Come enjoy our Private forest island retreat on our 22 acre working farm . Relax and take in the fresh air without the hassle of having to pack up all your camping equipment. The spacious yurt can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen size bed and a 2 person pull out cot. This private yurt is on a island on our land surrounded by the water and trees. We also have kayak for rental upon request to use at the surrounding lakes and river.

Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

Lilly Glen Treehouse is in the most magical and enchanting setting. Nestled in a very Jurassic looking gully and overlooking a 40foot waterfall, this is truly a one of a kind experience. Although you have exclusive use of the treehouse, you still have access to all of Taylor Creek Lodge's amenities . Enjoy a treehouse experience in luxury. A continental breakfast basket is included each morning. Sorry, no children under 12 years old.

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
