We had a great two-night stay at Sylvine's place. The place is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything was perfectly maintained from floor to ceiling. It immediately felt good. Sylvine is a warm, available and very friendly host, which makes the welcome even more pleasant. The accommodation is conveniently located just minutes from the zoo. The accommodation is well located close to Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house is very well-equipped, with everything you need for a family with children (large gardens, enough to play football, basketball, petanque, table tennis, foosball, etc.). Two barbecues complete the set. The peaceful, quiet environment. The house is large enough to accommodate up to 12 people, but the rooms are open or connecting, which is important to know. Alain is a very nice and caring host. He was flexible on the checkout time. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

Very well located accommodation for visiting the castles of the Loire, very clean, very quiet, as described. Since everything was perfect, we only exchanged very kind messages with Benedicte. Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old district of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

Very good place. The apartment is in the city center, you can get everywhere on foot. 2 minutes from the banks of the Loire that can be done by bike or on foot. 3-minute walk to the historic center and castle. Parking in front and nearby. Inside everything is as described, the terrace is a real plus with a beautiful honeysuckle that smells good. In short, a great place

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

This is a beautiful and functional apartment in a good and quiet location. Central location for excursions to various castles. The safe bicycle cellar and parking are great. Thanks to Elena for the friendly support.

Very well equipped and very clean accommodation. True to the description on the internet. Self check-in appreciated. Only negative point: the bedroom window with a very small curtain facing the hallway.
