Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Orange County

Several members of our family met in Orlando for a birthday party and we stayed at Angela and Edwin’s place for three nights. It was a great choice!! Prior to arrival we had several questions and the hosts responded quickly and provided answers to all our questions. There were several aspects of the house we really enjoyed. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay. The beds were excellent. Not too firm, and not too soft. Multiple pillows and blankets were provided. The linens smelled fresh. The large size washer and dryer were used more than once as we had an infant in the group. The pool was clean and the safety provided by the fence and key entry was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. And the farm-style dining table provided for enjoyable family meals. The location was close to the venue for the party, and had easy access to grocery stores, WalMart, etc. It was a great stay and we would reserve the house again for our family events.

This was a delightful home in a quiet older neighborhood. Although surrounding houses were not necessarily well kept, this house was decorated meticulously both inside and out as well as being very clean. It was the perfect home for 4 people. I do not think I would want more people in this small but comfortable setting. The fooz ball table was fun, and the outside setting was perfect for early morning coffee, and minigolf. The house was well stocked with many extras such as charging cords in all bedrooms. Angie communicated very quickly, and did not require the ridulous checkout procedures of many other ARBNB rentals. I would definitely rent this again when back in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. Michelle’s has a charming place close to a lovely park where we took several walks. Also the restaurants in the area are very good.

This sweet little suite met all my needs for a week visiting friends. There was an internet problem one day, but Diana stayed in communication with me and the malfunction was corrected in a timely manner. The place is clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely return.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home and definitely felt safe!!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Both Thomas and Monica were amazing host and responded right away when I had any questions. The house was super clean along with the back yard. Super close to several attractions. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be back

Stayed here with a friend, we needed a place to stay for a couple days for an out of town concert. The place was nice, quiet and it was a comfortable space to get ready for the concert as well as to relax and destress after the concert. I’d stay here again just cause there a good variety of stuff locally near it and it’s pretty cheap to uber around the area. Host was very nice and friendly, would recommend staying here.

Alexander is an A+++ host. He cares and it shows that he takes pride in his rental. The place is super clean. super private and quiet. Just a stones throw from beautiful downtown too. 5 stars 👍

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Very clean and comfortable space, easy to get to and in a nice area. Sherry was very kind and gave clear instructions on check in which made it easy! I would highly recommend next time you are in the winter park area, I would definitely stay again!

Very private with dedicated parking for guest. Host is very friendly and polite. Communication via the Air BnB App timely. Easy access to beaches. Best of all, easily accessible to our grandchildren in Avalon Park!

I stayed there for one night. It’s a beautiful, very clean place, and Lee is a wonderful host. I’ll definitely book again anytime I’m in Orlando.

The Guesthouse Collections team is one of the most responsive teams I’ve worked with. We ran into an issue during check in and within minutes I had a response. The unit is beautiful! It’s functional. And the best part is every room has its own AC, which in Florida is a true god send. They also have necessities for the tiny humans like a play pen and high chair. Noelle and Tom were amazing! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

I enjoyed Ana's condo very much. Among the many features that stood out: whisper quiet air conditioning, outdoor porch with furniture, Smart TV with internet connection, tasteful furniture, comfortable bed, garage parking, convenience store across the street, Publix grocery store within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Dennis was super responsive & answered all of my questions throughout our stay. The space is even better than in the photos! Pool was amazing, couch was AWESOME! close to everything. Quiet, safe, we had a blast here & will 100% be back!!
