The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

The holiday home Tiny House Lachen is located in Wangen im Allgäu and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.

Very nice bike and hiking trails possible directly from the house. Lake Constance is just 15 km away. Short drive for excursions to the mountains and Lake Constance. Many hiking and mountain biking opportunities directly from the property. Guided mountain bike tours can be provided upon request, too.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We rent a newly built and lovingly furnished apartment, in the old cow barn with private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Of course they can use our garden shed, lawn, barbecue and playground. Parking is available directly at the yard. Feel free to explore our yard. We are still a working farm, so of course there are many animals on the farm, but of course the tractor also drives from time to time or a cow moos.

The Trauteheim consists of a total of 7 apartments which were built in a stable building from 1952. These impress with their original location right next to the over 800-year-old Nicholas Chapel, and on the other hand, the slightly elevated and thus exposed location offers a sublime feeling and far-reaching views of the countryside.
