We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! This is one of the best Airbnbs we've rented. The apartment is impeccable, well-equipped, spacious, nice and very clean. We found its location strategic, close to the airport, and we were able to visit the north and south of the country. Ivan is extremely kind, concerned that everything goes smoothly and very responsive. Our plane was late and despite the late hour (12:30 a.m.), he offered to pick us up from the airport if needed. We had an amazing week, and we would definitely recommend Ivan's place 😊

The cottage complies with 100% of the information and photos provided. A very nice retreat if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of e.g. Zadar. The place was absolutely clean and very well furnished and equipped. Sanja greeted us personally as a host and showed us everything. The kitchen actually has everything you need for your daily needs. Washing machine and iron ensure that you can also clean something in between. Due to the fenced property is great with a dog, as he could move freely. Beds very comfortable, pool also absolutely sufficient in size. You have to be aware that you always need a car here to shop or eat out. The old town of Zadar is reachable in 20 minutes by car and absolutely worth seeing. Good restaurants, very friendly and animal-loving people. Generally very good transport connections in all directions. We will be happy to come back!
