We had a very nice holiday in Martin's house. We would like to thank him for his hospitality. The house was super tidy, provided with everything you need to spend a nice holiday. We especially enjoyed the nice big pool, the BBQ, and the fine evenings on the patio. Martin is really a super host! does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, responds very quickly to all your questions and is proactive. thank you Martin and see you soon in beautiful Istria! 5 stars of us!

The apartment altogether was simply perfect. You have everything you need and it is very lovely decorated. It is like coming home to your own apartment. The location is very quiet and, with the car, you are in the center within 5min. Diego and Ivana were both very kind and Ivana was very keen of helping out with everything. The terrace was our highlight - in the evening you can sit there with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm sommer night. Thank you so much for the stay and hope to see you again! Matthias&Adriana

We found the place exactly as described. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children. Behind the house there is a swing set (toddler seat) with ladder. The pool was heated to 30°C on request and for an additional charge, so we could swim in the pool even in cooler October weather. Simona was always available, totally friendly and helped with inquiries quickly and easily. After 7 days, we received new bed linen and towels. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is really missing! Even with many people, there is really enough dishes available. Several restaurants and children's playgrounds are within walking distance. Novigrad or Porec are a 10-minute drive away. For us it was perfect and we will be back:) Thank you for your hospitality!

To make it short, the apartment is a dream. New, chic, very neat and tidy and well equipped. The contact me Artur or Erika (housekeeper) was great and uncomplicated. The location is quiet, the way to the center manageable (10-15 min walk). We had a really nice time. Many thanks for this!
