We were very satisfied with the contact with Markus. Ms. Ljuba handed over the very clean apartment to us on site, which fully corresponded to the pictures. Overall, we liked it very much and we can recommend the apartment without reservation.

We had a really good time in Istria. The apartment is a very good base for visiting the region. The main highway is only a few km away allowing for good connections to all the main cities and towns. Pool and tennis court an added bonus. The apt is easy to use with a lovely balcony area where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and scenery. Very good communications with the owners.

The apartment is very clean and in new condition. The kitchen is fully furnished and sparkling clean: the beds are very good. There are significantly more sheets and towels than we needed. Private sun loungers are available by the pool and the pool is very clean, not visible from the outside and quiet. Communication with the landlord was very easy and always available at short notice. Thank you for the pleasant holidays in your apartment - we can fully recommend this location.

Our host Koraljka was amazing. She went out of her way for everything we asked. Apartment was beautiful and exactly like in photos. Two minutes from the path along sea. Highly recommended.

Goran and his family were very friendly and attentive during our stay, they made our stay easier and provided us with a license plate to be able to enter the resort in the area of the house. It also made it easy for us to check in and out.

Very friendly. We were allowed to arrive very late and although we arrived even later because of a traffic jam, that was no problem. Very friendly and accommodating. For us, the location was great, as the way to the boat was very short. It was also quiet in the house. Everything was great.

Paula is an amazing host, who provided us with all the information we needed and was there for us in case we need anything else, her place was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay, the terrace table is ideal for outdoor breakfasts which for us is essential for holidays, we came by car so the possibility of free parking was great for us. We would highly recommend this place for any family or group of friends coming to Novigrad.

We had a beautiful stay in Novasol Larissa, with our family of 4. Neat and modern, equipped with all comforts, privacy guaranteed, a sweet owner and good contact,... we felt right at home, highly recommended! The house is quietly located in a typical cozy village, but ideal for visiting the region. We could have kept living there 😊

We had a very pleasant vacation in this wonderful penthouse. The house is cared for in every detail and is equipped with every comfort. Beautiful is the terrace with a hot tub and a sea view where you can relax watching the Istrian sunsets. Kindness and courtesy of Stefan and Annette are certainly an added value.

We really enjoyed staying at Palmira‘s apartment. It was very clean and lovingly furnished/decorated. The host was really kind and gave us a welcome feeling right in the beginning. The only thing that was a pity was that the garden was not only for private use. It was a garden used by everyone. But all in all we definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again!

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

Emanuel and his family are very nice and accommodating hosts. We were very happy to be guests in the accommodation and will be happy to come back. The garden and the hot tub invite you to relax. Novigrad can be easily explored on foot or by bike.

We were two couples in the apartment of "Adriagate". The contact with the hosts was very good in advance, she contacted us by phone and we were able to organize the check-in flexibly despite traffic jams at the border. We arrived around noon, were able to park our car right in front of the apartment for free in the driveway and were warmly welcomed. We quickly clarified all the formalities and have been educated about COVID. - The hostess spoke very good German. - The apartment was perfect for us and beautifully decorated in detail. The room was large and practical, the kitchen functional, and the highlight, the terrace, has its own hot tub and grill. - Everything was very well finished and clean! The neighborhood was very quiet and thanks to the mosquito nets we were able to sleep with open windows, but there was also a high-quality air conditioning. - The apartment was perfectly located to the beach and within a 3-minute walk you were in the center of the small fishing village with many great restaurants. In the evening we strolled on the promenade. We provided ourselves in the nearby supermarket, due to the flexible parking in the courtyard entrance it was no problem to drive there for a few minutes with our car. - Excursions to Ronvinj and Umag took about 30 to 40 minutes, whereby we found a great hidden beach in Umag. Like all known, there are almost only pebble beaches in Croatia. On the beach near the apartment, this was solved by a jetty into the water, but swimming shoes are highly recommended. - Otherwise, we are impressed as very warm and polite as the hosts are, I myself was rarely in such a great apartment.

We stayed two weeks in Kristina's apartment and we absolutely loved everything: the quiet accommodation, the beautiful terrace surrounded by vines and olive trees where we had many meals, the jacuzzi where we liked to cool off after our visits. Kristina was both discreet and available when we needed her, we appreciated her many tips and attention. We won't hesitate to come back to this beautiful place.

Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.
