This unique place has a style all its own. It has a swimming pool, a large terrace hidden from view with an outdoor shower and barbecue, and is the perfect place for a quiet, family vacation or a smaller company. It is about 1 km from the sea, and near the house there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails (surrounded by olive groves. Not far away are Novigrad, Poreč, Buzet (the city of truffles), Motvun and many Istrian old places where local delicacies, indigenous wines, and olive oil are offered.
