Wir waren 10 Tage da und d. Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war ruhig sauber. Mit dem Auto kommt man ganz schnell zum Strand oder in den Städten wie Poreĉ Rovinj oder Vrsar. Wir würden nochmal dahin fahren es war alles sehr schön. Vesna die Besitzerin war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit wir danken für alles. Auf wiedersehen.

Als wir ankamen wurden wir schon erwartet und bekamen einen festen Parkplatz für die Buchungszeit zugewiesen. Die persönliche Begrüßung war freundlich und familiär. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Unterhaltung fand auf Englisch statt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Danke für diese positive Erfahrung.

Eravamo già stati qui due anni fa e siamo tornati per Pasqua perché è un posto meraviglioso, tranquillo, super pulito e rilassante. Molto silenzioso e la vista mare direttamente dal letto é impagabile. Ottimo anche per le bambine che si sono divertite al male e a fare passeggiate!

Mario und Zlata sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wie in den Photos, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Patio und auch der Holztisch in den Garten bieten eine Oase der Ruhe für angenehme Momente. Wir empfehlen es herzlich.

Alles war perfekt. Einziges Manko: Kaffeemaschine hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert, Türe zum Balkon sehr schwer zu öffnen und der Abfluss im Badezimmer war etwas verstopft. Ansonsten alles super

We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It is located away from the city center, which was a big plus for us, as the center is often noisy. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The air conditioner on the second floor works great, ensuring a comfortable temperature on hot days. The bed on the second floor is big and comfortable, and there is a sofa bed on the first floor which is also very comfortable for two people. I recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay!

Recomiendo el lugar. Está cerca del mar y de buenos restaurantes. El barrio es precioso.

L'appartamento di Vesna si trova in un piccolo borgo a 5 minuti d'automobile dalle spiagge più vicine, moderno e curato nei minimi particolari, la pulizia è impeccabile. La piscina e la sala giohi costituiscono certamente un plus. Grazie a Vesna e ad Anabel per l'attenzione e l'accoglienza. Torneremo sicuramente!

Clean, simple furnished rooms (I like simplicity) in a peaceful and calm housing estate in the near of Karpinjan beach where warmly recommended Lungomare restaurant is located - 10 minutes to go. The way to the old harbor is also not that far - it takes 15 minutes. The host Cedomil reacts quickly and is a very, very nice guy. Alle the best to You, Cedo!

We have really enjoyed staying in Croatia in this place. The owner is a very kind person with perfect English and he has happily fulfilled all our wishes and requests. The swimming pool and bikes were great bonus.
