We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

We (4 adults, 2 children) had a great time at Villa Latini. We didn't lack anything, the place is exactly as described. The amenities and furnishings are very tasteful. I would particularly like to praise the cleanliness. The pool is just the right size and always allowed for an interim refreshment. In addition, our offspring were able to refine their swimming skills again :-) The location is awesome - small village with lots of agriculture and fields around it. You have to be aware of that. Plenty of rest and relaxation. To Pula, Rovinj or to various beaches about 30 min by car. Matea and Drazen were very friendly and lovable hosts. Highlights include their own olive oil, which you can also taste - we stocked up on a few bottles ;-) If you like comfort and tranquility - and feel comfortable in rural life, this is the place to be. We'd love to come back...

We spent a week in Svetvincenat with our family (3 children) on vacation. The cottage is really as and charming as in the listing, and the shaded garden is a breath of fresh air. the hostess is super friendly and has done everything possible to make our stay a real vacation. In terms of location, it has proven to be the ideal base for discovering Istria. With both nice sights and activities nearby and a half hour drive. Highly recommended!

There were four of us in this house during a week. The homeowners are very nice & accommodating - they also made us restaurant suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. The hot tub invited you to relax and was actively used by us. We also didn't miss anything else in the house - except a few kitchen utensils. We would definitely recommend the place for four people.
