A very nice place to stay with all comfort you need. A nice bedroom and ensuite shower and a cosy living room and kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the beach and good location to go to Zadar (30 min.)

We spent a wonderful week in Sime's apartment. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment, which also featured a pristine swimming pool and a cozy barbecue area for evening gatherings. I also want to highlight Sime's warm hospitality—he was always available for helpful advice, great recommendations, or a friendly conversation. We would absolutely love to return!

Kristina welcomed us warmly. She explained everything to us and was always available to us. GREAT!!! 10/10 Shortly after our arrival, we received tips for excursions and restaurants via Whats app. About the apartment: The apartment is great, quietly located. Above-average amenities, a fantastic view of the sea, very clean and well maintained. We didn't miss anything. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, open kitchen with dining counter and a large couch. The absolute highlight for the children was the heated pool! Pleasant temperature, outdoor shower and again a great view of the sea. We didn't use the barbecue area, but it looked well maintained. A supermarket is within walking distance, two larger markets can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended
