Vacation rentals with a sauna in Općina Pakoštane

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Es war sehr sauber und alles wie neu, trotzdem gemütlich und mit vielen schönen Details.

This place is absolutely stunning!! We were a bit nervous because of the pictures being computer generated, but it literally looks like that and even better in person. The unit is brand new (hence the plan pictures) I believe it’s the only occupied unit in that building. The location is super quiet, there is a beach literally in front of it! You can also walk along the coast line almost through the entire town. The rooftop is AMAZING! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. There is a small store walking distance for any necessities. We didn’t really enjoy any of the restaurants near by, however, there is plenty good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And lastly, the host is wonderful. She met us at the unit and explained everything to us. Very friendly and hospitable.

L'accueil était exceptionnel, Ivana nous a accueilli avec simplicité et bienveillance. Sa maman nous a accueilli avec un gâteau maison. Le lieu est isolé, calme et authentique. Je recommande.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably the first AirBnB I stayed at that looked way better than in the photos and the photos were pretty good! We had a fantastic time and Monika was just lovely! Thanks for having us!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist super sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zur Ankunft gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an Mate und Martina

From start to finish our holiday in this beautiful home was amazing. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself was spotless and had everything you’d ever need. The games room and sauna was especially nice as we were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children so spent much of the evenings back at the villa to keep the children’s bedtimes. We did go out for meals but really could’ve stayed in and cooked more as there was every utensil and kitchen equipment you’d find in your own home and more. We’ve never had such a well equipped villa. The standard of fixtures, bathrooms, bedrooms, and wardrobes were excellent. I thoroughly recommend this house for a holiday and wish we had booked for longer. The price reflects the standard achieved by the owners , it was a real treat to have our family holiday here. Absolutely charming hosts. 5* and more.

Das Haus und die Kulisse waren atemberaubend. Alles war genau so wie beschrieben und besser. Die Zimmer waren sauber und generell war alles, passend zur Landschaft und Umgebung, in einem einheitlichen Stil aus Modernität und einem Touch Rustikalität eingerichtet. Die Wohnzimmer waren bequem und schön eingerichtet. Das Herzstück des Grundstücks war unserer Meinung nach der Poolbereich. Dort konnte man wirklich den ganzen Tag verbringen und entspannen. Tomislav kam alle 2 Tage in der Früh vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen und er war für jede Frage zu haben und immer erreichbar. Obwohl das Grundstück eine private, abgelegenere Lage hatte, konnte man mit dem Auto super die Gegend erkunden und der nächste Strand war ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem waren Check-In und Check-Out flexibel. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich und freuen uns auf ein mögliches Wiedersehen.

Miejsce na 5/5! Spędziliśmy tutaj wspaniały czas i zdecydowanie polecamy każdemu, kto szuka spokoju w pięknym otoczeniu. Domek jest bardzo zadbany, czysty i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Miejsce jest trochę oddalone od centrum (około 20 minut samochodem i 10 min od lotniska), ale dzięki temu naprawdę można się tam zrelaksować. Żadnego hałasu i tłumu ludzi. Gospodarze byli niesamowicie mili i pomocni, dbając o to, żeby niczego nam nie brakowało, można u nich zakupić owoce, wino oraz oliwę. Warto zaznaczyć, że na działce znajduje się również inny dom, w którym mieszkają inni goście, jednak absolutnie nam to nie przeszkadzało. Każdy miał swoją przestrzeń i prywatność. Zdecydowanie wrócimy tutaj przy najbliższej okazji! Miejsce godne polecenia

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und konnte uns viele Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. geben. Es gab sehr viele Möglichkeiten an der Unterkunft die Zeit zu vertreiben. Auch der Privatstrand war super.

Das Haus war sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der bei Problemen direkt geholfen hat.

I stayed at Darias place for six days with 7 friends and we were all super happy with the place! It looks just like in the pictures, it‘s very clean and offers pretty much anything you need. I‘m very happy we chose Grandma’s House!! ☺️ Communicating with Daria was easy and friendly, no issues at all. Special mention to the coffee machine and infrared sauna!! 😊 The area is very quiet and a bit away from shops and restaurants so would definitely recommend going by car :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Danijela und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben aufgefunden und uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile, es ist sehr privat und fernab der regulären "Touri-Orte", allerdings braucht es eine Weile, um ans Meer oder nach Zadar zu gelangen (immer ca. 40 Minuten). Für uns hat die idyllische Aussicht aber definitiv überwogen und die weiteren Fahrten wett gemacht. Kleine Mini-Minuspunkte waren, dass eine der Spülmaschinen nicht ging, dass es nur ein Laken pro Doppelbett gab (wir waren nicht mit Pärchen unterwegs) und dass es direkt in der Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Klamotten gibt, ein Wäscheständer wäre unserer Meinung nach noch super.
