House vacation rentals in Općina Pakoštane

we had theost wonderful holiday at this gorgeous home. We needed to rent a car but we felt the holiday home was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit so only a short car journey away(20mins). The bonus was how peaceful and safe the area was. The accommodation was perfect. The pool was the best pool we've ever had, very well kept and it was only us using it so was perfect for our children. Our children loved the swing in the garden. The hosts were kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

We were a little skeptical at the beginning as we have never stayed at a campsite. But we are extremely positively surprised by this great concept. However, the mobile home is extremely comfortable and there is everything you need for the day. Air conditioning in every room, which makes it a little more bearable at 35°C in the shade. The campsite is clean, shops are easily accessible. There are three stands nearby and within walking distance. Our little dog, 14kg, was even tolerated on the beach. All in all, this was a great vacation for our family of four plus dog.

The house was fantastic and the pool much more then fantastic. Ivona was gentle and always keen to help: she prepared for us a welcome aperitif with beer, water, ham, cheese and much more. She made us feel like at home. When you’ll be in the pool you can forget everything. In the end our experience was amaizing.

The stay was very successful. Beautiful place, perfect for families with children. The house and terrace are very clean, the pool is a great addition - the kids didn't want to go out :) An additional attraction, there was a turtle wandering around the garden :) The downside are jealous neighbors, which you could feel in their behavior - but our hosts were overwhelmed and effectively dealt with it. The attitude of our hosts was unique, what we will remember is definitely smiling and always helpful Parents of Antonio :) They picked us up from the ferry and helped transport our luggage to and from the place of check-in. At the end, each of us twisted in the eye of a tear, leaving warm memories after this unforgettable stay. Sorry for the steeped grapes;) The island surges, worth exploring in every corner, each of the beaches different, full of "treasures" in the sea, and the community of Vrgada is friendly and smiling. To each of the beaches - walking 10 minutes away, and 2 minutes to the historic church - super! There was plenty to do throughout your stay! :)

Wonderful house and even better host! The place is great for 6 people even for a longer stay. The location of the house is perfect, a quiet neighborhood, close to the shops, restaurants, sea, and lake - everything is within walking distance. The house itself is quite nice and spotless with a great pool and garden. Lovre is a great host, very caretaking, extremely kind, and happy to help with everything, including some local recommendations.

I spent 10 great days at Davor's place, the house is spacious and clean, in a quiet area. The large terrace is great for eating outdoors or even for resting. The location of the house with respect to the beach is good, you can easily walk to it in 20 minutes. About a 10-minute walk away, on the other hand, you can easily reach the nearest supermarkets. I thank the host Davor for his availability and for all the gifts.

Nevenka was waiting for us upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed. Anything you need for a holiday stay was present. She regularly gave us delicious fresh figs and tomatoes and peppers from her own garden. We had a nice time at her place.

The house was completely independent and cozy with everything you need for a family vacation. the place is quiet and the sea ( very nice) is easily accessible on foot, never crowded. We had a wonderful vacation

Communication with Sandra is perfect, everything went as agreed.

We had a really good time at the house. We travelled as two Familien and the seperation into three Appartements gave us enough rolm for privacy. The communication with novasol ahead of our Trip was difficult, because it was hard to reach them, but once we got to the place everything was fine. Lucia and her Mom were very caring and considerate. We can definitively recommend there place.

The house is exactly as shown on the pictures. You are very private and have a spacious outdoor area. It is close to nature, nearby is a small supermarket and a really delicious restaurant. By car, however, the large supermarkets, the city center and the beaches are also quickly accessible. We were two families with one child each, so the room layout with 3 rooms, 2 double nets each and one room with single nets, was really ok. Unfortunately, one lack was that the wifi didn't work. Mauro made an effort and was in contact with us, but due to the holidays, the internet provider was unable to take care of it in a timely manner.

Damir was great from start to finish, we had trouble finding him so he collected us from the local shop, it was easy when we got there. Damir and his family were there if we needed anything and he helped Me out of a difficult spot at the end. I would go back for sure. Drage itself is beautiful, calm, with lots to see and do, well worth a visit!! Thank you Amur and family

This is a hidden gem! Absolutely stunning house, super clean, very comfortable, felt like home. It has three bedrooms with super comfy beds, two modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen&living room with big TV. We had the best time in this house, and Anka with her husband are super nice people, very responsive and always ready to help. Highly reccommend and 5stars frim us!

the rental matches the description. very welcoming hosts. the pool is a real plus with the heat. very well located for visiting Zadar, Split, Krka and biograd and many others .... supermarkets less than 5 minutes away. air-conditioned accommodation. we had a great stay. again thank you for the hospitality of the hosts and the antibiotics that helped us a lot. i recommend this listing 👍👍👍👍

It was a perfect stay, amazing views and lovely hosts. Regardless of the language barrier we felt all the sweetness of the grandma, trying to make us feel at home. Definitely coming back🥰

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the time. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests. Communication went very pleasantly. The house itself had a modern and personal charm – it was super equipped, clean and left nothing to be desired. Self check-in/out was also very easy. A highlight was the large terrace. It was nicely and modernly designed and offered enough space for our group of 6 people. Also the barbecue on the terrace was great The proximity to the water was unbeatable! In less than a minute you are at the beach However, for everyday activities (e.g. shopping), a car is recommended. In summary, we can say that we had a wonderful time at the Ahoi house. Everything was clean, well equipped and lovingly designed. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back!
