Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Općina Pakoštane

Das Haus ist traumhaft – innen wie außen ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben einen Jungsurlaub gemacht und Ines sowie ihr Mann waren super hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Außerdem haben wir etwas im Haus vergessen, und Ines war so nett, es direkt am nächsten Tag per Post zu schicken. Die Gastfreundschaft ist einfach super! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir waren im April mit unseren Kinder in der Unterkunft von Andre! Es war total schön, die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft schön und super mit Kindern. Sehr gerne wieder

Natasa and her husband were very welcoming and flexible . Our flight was severely delayed on the way in and they waited for us till 9:30pm to check us in . We were welcomed to a fridge full of drinks . Natasa went above and beyond and took us to the A&E and sat with us there when our little toddler got hurt. I can’t thank her enough on how helpful she was . The house was newly renovated with an extension and it was really well done . It was nice to have a gym and pool and hot tub to use everyday . Having two kitchens was also useful for the large group of us as we could cook using both ovens . The huge 10 person dining table was great to fit the family around and eat together everyday . The beach was a 5 min walk away and there were a lot of different restaurants and bars that we visited . Kids had a great time using rented paddle boards on the beach . The centre of Biograd is a 2.5km walk / jog away . We walked there everyday and rewarded ourselves with some excellent gelato.

Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání, skvělé, moderní vybavení, ideální poloha k centru města, úžasné výhledy z terasy, zároveň maximální možnost soukromí. Chyběl mi jen kontakt na konkrétní osobu, která zodpovídá za ubytování, se kterou by se případně daly komunikovat některé věci, např. problém s nezaslaným kódem ke vstupu. Dovolenou jsme si maximálně užili, určitě doporučuji.

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Thanks Anna for everything

С самого начала всё прошло идеально: бронирование было простым и удобным, а хозяин/менеджер встретил нас с искренней доброжелательностью. Апартаменты полностью соответствовали фотографиям — буквально на 100% совпадение, без малейших отличий. Всё, что мы видели на фото, оказалось точь-в-точь таким же в реальности: и мебель, и отделка, и освещение, и даже уютные мелочи, которые создают атмосферу. Сам интерьер — стильный, чистый и продуманный до мелочей. Видно, что всё сделано с любовью и вкусом. Кровати удобные, постельное белье свежайшее, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, включая технику и посуду, как дома. Санузел — безупречно чистый, с современным ремонтом и хорошей сантехникой. Особенно хочется отметить порядок и гигиену — всё было абсолютно чисто, без запахов, а в воздухе чувствовалась свежесть. На месте были все обещанные удобства: быстрый Wi-Fi, телевизор, кондиционер, полотенца, гель для душа и даже мелкие бытовые приятности.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Die Bucht, das Meer, der Ausblick und die Anlage waren wirklich wunderschön. Auch der Außenbereich der Unterkunft inklusive Whirlpool, Grill und SUP lud zum Verweilen ein. Einzig zu Bemängeln waren die sehr harten Betten, zu dünne Laken (für kühle Temperaturen in der Nacht), schlecht zu lüftende Schlafzimmer und die Ausstattung der Elektrogeräte (sowohl beim Anschalten des Wasserkochers als auch des Toasters ist die Sicherung rausgeflogen).

Everything was perfect! House is looking even better than on the pictures - everything clean and full equiped. You have privet access to all facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, grill and many many more. View frome the terrace was amazing. Host prepared for us dinner with local fish, fridge has been full of beers and some drinks ,two bottle of wine and host served to us also some local sprits-everything included price. Definitely recommend and for sure we will come back in the future. Thank you!

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et accueillants, il ne manque rien dans la maison pour passer des vacances en famille.

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa and particularly adored the view! The outside space and pool is perfect to enjoy many a sunset and view of the beautiful countryside and lake! The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was great for when we wanted to cook at the villa but there is also a lovely restaurant 15mins walk away that we went to twice as it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Danijel was so accommodating with our flight times as well as organising an amazing boat trip that took all the stress out of a great day out! There are so many beautiful places to visit and we would particularly recommend the salt lake and plitvice lakes national park! We can't emphasis enough how stunning the view is, it was breathtaking and really made it an even more relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning!

Super Mobilehome, vollständig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Perfekte Lage, nur 20 Meter zu Fuß zum Meer.

Jelena und ihr Ehemann waren sehr freundlich. Check-in war unkompliziert und wir durften sogar etwas eher einchecken. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet gewesen. Besonders gut hat uns die Privatsphäre gefallen die das Haus bietet. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich keine Nachbaren. Der Swimmingpool ist ausreichend groß und ein Highlight war der Jacuzzi. Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in Jelenas Haus und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Getaway at Villa Lara! Our stay at Villa Lara was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the pool – clean, warm, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with the family. We spent most of our days lounging by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location is also great – quiet and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and the beach. A special thanks to Ive, who was an excellent host – friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
