Big apartments with all amenities you may need during the stay. Beach is in walkable distance-about 15 minutes, half under the sun, and half the in shade through camping village. There is also a Lumbrak beach about 7 minutes by car, with pebbles and sand, and no "sea hedgehogs", so you can play water games there. If something is needed Ivan (host) is always ready to help. He is very nice and friendly person, so the place is really worth visiting

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

The apartment is nice and decorated. It looks the same as in the pictures. It has a beautiful view of the sea.

Perfect home exactly as described! In 6 we were not tight at all despite the fact that there were only two rooms, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the towels and sheets are very clean as new. Ivana was very kind and immediately answered all our questions, she was very courteous and hospitable. Knowing that we had a fairly long stay in the apartment, Ivana about halfway through the vacation also brought us the change of sheets and towels. The location of the house is great, 5 min above the beach and 2 min from the "shore" where there are many restaurants and bars to spend the evenings. Highly recommended place, we had a really great time.

We had a great time, Nevia was a great host who recommended beaches and towns to visit. The apartment has sea view and a great view of the sunset:) plus it's really close to the beach.

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

We felt very comfortable in the modern and clean apartment. There is everything you could want. The bed is comfortable and there is a large closet and a cozy sofa. The air conditioning works well, and we also needed it as the location in the old town is very convenient, but also brings road traffic, so we preferred to close the window at night. I had some trouble finding the apartment because I had the wrong house number, but the communication with Franziska and her parents was very good, and we were then picked up at a meeting point and received very friendly. The apartment is ideal to enjoy the lively nightlife in Vodice with numerous restaurants and music (5min away). The beach is also within walking distance (10-15 min depending on the area). You don't notice the noise of the crowds in the apartment. You have to find a parking space at the edge of the place.

We were two families visiting Vodice and rented two apartments from Gabrijela which were really nice, cozy, with comfortable beds, equipped with all the amenities for cooking and for spending 10 days there for the 4 of us. The apartment is on the higher part of Vodice, so the breeze goes through nicely between the balcony and the rooms and refreshes the place, so we did not have to use air conditioning to feel good. On the nice balcony, even all 7 of us could easily fit in for a joint family dinner. The area is quiet, very close to shopping malls, and easy to access by bike, on foot ( a little longer walk), and by car to the beaches. We made short excursions by car to Jezera cliff beaches because we prefer less crowded beaches. Gabrijela is the perfect host, very helpful, kind, flexible, and always responsive and if you have any problem, she will be there for you to help (we had issues with our car and needed a mechanic. It was a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended.

Everything was good. They set up a playpen for our baby and provided all of the proper kitchen things needed. Highly recommended

Cozy simple cottage with lots of privacy in a beautiful place. It's unfortunate that you hear the highway. You do need a car if you want to explore the area.

This is definitely a very special place! So beautiful and quiet in the middle of the forest, the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Nataša gave us a warm welcome and explained everything we needed to know, whenever we had further questions we got a quick answer. Ivan also provided a very helpful guide for activities close to Zir Zen. We had a really amazing time there :)

We had some relaxing days at House Stribor. It is a little tricky to get there, because the google maps location leads you to a wrong address. It's better to navigate to Villa Antica. The house had all amenities that we needed and looks very stylish. There is a nice terrace with beautiful views towards the mountains, even though you also see and hear the highway. Marina was very responsive and also let us check out later. We can definitely recommend a stay at house Stribor :)

The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. In the house there was very good air conditioning available and the view from the balcony as well as the common area is incredibly beautiful. With some hiking you will find very great swimming spots for swimming and snorkeling but bathing shoes are recommended. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
